Dat er geen airco is was bekend, maar dat je een zolderkamer krijgt waar de hitte verschrikkelijk (35 graden) is, dat was echt niet normaal. De mini ventilator helpt niet, ramen open ook niet. Ik ben vertrekken, ook al was de eigenaar niet voor rede vatbaar wat betreft vergoeding of verschuiven van een deel van de boeking.

Ik heb al veel meegemaakt, maar dit was echt niet oke.

The heat was unbearable. I understand there was a heatwave but with the amount they charge, they need to invest in a substantial fan or air conditioning. Didn’t sleep a wink with the heat and couldn’t go back to chill during the day because of the heat. Wouldn’t recommend staying during the summer.

My room was very small !

No air conditioning, no toaster and the coffee machine didn’t work properly even after someone came to look at it.

WiFi doesn’t work properly.
Tv doesn’t work at all. We got back at 9 as my daughter had an early start. We wanted to relax an hour just watching tv but not a single channel, no point having it on the wall if you can’t get 1 station. So that coupled with the wifi not working was very annoying last night.

Nous étions au 4ème étage sans ascenseur, et le principal problème a été de ne pas avoir de climatisation dans le logement, nous avons eu beaucoup de mal à dormir car il a fait très chaud le week-end de notre réservation, sans compter que sous les toits c'était probablement pire qu'au rez de chaussée.

La temperatura della stanza al 4 piano, senza aria condizionata, è soffocante. Siamo dovuti scappare dopo la prima notte insonne a causa del caldo. L'apertura della finestra e il piccolo ventilatore non sono affatto sufficienti a far rinfrescare la camera. Abbiamo fatto presente la questione, chiedendo di essere spostati ai piani inferiori, e ci è arrivato un messaggio automatico sulla chat di booking totalmente incurante della nostra richiesta. In estate non dovrebbero affittare quelle stanze così calde, ad un prezzo per di più altissimo. Fortemente sconsigliato.

There was a bad smell from the bathroom

Colpa mia non aver controllato se ci fosse l’aria condizionata.
Appena arrivati, 8 Luglio, quando siamo entrati era un forno.
Nonostante fosse sera, alle 22:30, abbiamo dovuto spalancare le finestre ed uscire perché non si riusciva a stare.
Lasciando aperte le finestre tutto e il giorno e la notte si poteva resistere perché comunque era ventilato ma, in tal modo, non eravamo molto isolati dai rumori esterni…anzi.

Due to the heatwave, the room was exceptionally hot. We had a fan, which helped, but air conditioning would have been fab. Although understand cost v how often we have heat like that comes into play.

The property wasn’t helpful at all - the room was unbearable and then they wouldn’t help us, denied our requests of moving and then rejected our request for a refund with a cancellation fee. The whole thing was a mess they have a 24 hour line with a person not authorised to do anything. The whole thing was ridiculous and we paid for 2 nights and left after 12 hours and yet they are still to give us a response. I highly recommend staying away from this

Apartment was on third level of multiple very steep flights of stairs. Would love a lift or assistance with luggage!

No a/c small fan in room but didn’t really cut it with the heat. WiFi didn’t work very well but the host did try to sort it, neither of our phones connected still with new login. Toilet was awkward spaced with sink
