Important information:

From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. Effective 1 June 2014, a local government fee of MYR 2 per room per night will be imposed. This is payable directly to the hotel upon check in.
For reservations of more than 3 rooms, guests are required by the property to pay 100% of the first night for each room upon making a booking.

Penang Local Heritage Fee of RM2 per night will be collected during Check-InPlease inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
A deposit may be required at the property.

Molt bona ubicació per visitar George Town, però el soroll de matinada pot afectar el descans.
Pros:

L'hotel té una ubicació excel·lent per descobrir George Town a peu. Està molt a prop dels principals carrers, de restaurants i de nombroses parades de menjar local. És un allotjament senzill, però net i funcional, ideal si el que busques és un lloc còmode des d'on explorar la ciutat.

Cons:

L'únic inconvenient important és que hi ha una mesquita molt a prop i la megafonia de la primera pregària del dia, cap a les 5 de la matinada, se sent molt fort dins de l'habitació. Evidentment, no és responsabilitat de l'hotel, però crec que és un aspecte que els futurs hostes han de tenir en compte, especialment si tenen el son lleuger.

Buon soggiorno nel complesso
Pros:

La struttura si trova nel centro di George Town in un’ottima posizione anche per uscire la sera. Stanza nel complesso accettabile, anche se ci aspettavamo di meglio per qualità e pulizia.

Cons:

Proprio accanto alla struttura c’e una moschea con megafono per richiamo alla preghiera…non il massimo alle 6 del mattino

Absolutely enjoyed our stay
Pros:

The size of the room was really comfortable and sizeable. The shower was great. The staff were helpful and friendly. The location was super central. Overall we enjoyed our stay here and actually extended the stay by an extra 3 days.

Cons:

The carpet in the hallway was ratty and a little smelly, probably time for a recarpet in the hallway. Other than that the room and price was good.
