Important information:

From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. Effective 1 June 2014, a local government fee of MYR 2 per room per night will be imposed. This is payable directly to the hotel upon check in.
For reservations of more than 3 rooms, guests are required by the property to pay 100% of the first night for each room upon making a booking.

Penang Local Heritage Fee of RM2 per night will be collected during Check-InPlease inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Pros:

The bed so comfort and the toilet very clean. The front staff so polite, she let us to check-in ealier with xtra charge, tqvm. We really appreciate it. Location really superb, only walk away to Hameediyah and other attraction such as Ais Tingkap and Sup Hameed

Pros:

The location and atmosphere of the surrounding area.
Room was spacious and very clean. Stocked sith toiletries and little complimentary bits and pieces.
Housekeeping were wonderful and dealt with any issues immediately.
There's an ironing board which is easily accessible to everyone on each floor, which was convenient for me as I wore a lot of cotton/creasing fabrics.

Cons:

The fridge kept making clunking noises during the night, which kept waking us up. I unplugged it for one night, but then had nowhere to store cold drinks in the room.
Just be mindful if you're a light sleeper, there's a mosque next door and calls to pray wake you up at 6am (not an issue for us, personally)
No cold water in the water dispenser on our floor, which wasn't too much of a problem as I'd go up to the next floor to refill.
Our room smelt like smoke on 2 occasions when returning from being out, but housekeeping came and sorted immediately.

Un hôtel modeste, sans prétention mais idéalement placé pour visiter Georgetown et profiter de la vie nocturne
Pros:

Emplacement au top et chambres spacieuses !
Le staff super sympa

Cons:

On a dû changer de chambre parce que la première sentait fort le tabac, la seconde n’était pas forcément très propre et nous avons eu un soucis avec la porte de notre salle de bain

Overall, my stay was a pleasant one.
Pros:

Location of the hotel is great. You have everything nearby. Convenience stores, places to eat just walking distance.

Room kinda spacious for family of 4. Have amenities and even a small fridge. There's Coway on every floor (neat).

Cons:

1. A few plug points not function properly (Socket kinda loose). Not such a big deal but property owner might want to regularly check.

2. Parking lot is first come first serve basis. However, there's parking spaces just beside the hotel with rate of RM10-15/entry. P/S; Motorcycle convoys, kindly not hoard the parking lot with one motorcycle in one lot (that is just selfish).

Good for the price

Pros:

Posizione ottima e staff disponibile. L'aria condizionata in camera funzionava bene.

Cons:

La struttura avrebbe bisogno di una rinfrescata generale. Lenzuola e asciugamani macchiati, bagno piccolo e da ristrutturare, avevamo anche una perdita di acqua dal soffitto del bagno. Poco spazio per i vestiti. Poca insonorizzazione.
