Pros:

Удобная локация

Cons:

Номера с раздельными кроватями находятся на нулевом этаже, двери номеров выходят прям в лобби, там очень шумно. В описании к номерам это нигде не указано. Нам сразу предложили номера на другом этаже, но кровати там были двуспальный, нам это было не критично. Но если бы не было свободных номеров и нам не произвели замену, то это было бы очень дискомфортно.

When we arrived at 14:00 the rooms were still not ready for check-in, so we had to wait for additional half an hour

Loved it, specially the proximity to Istiklal street.
Pros:

The location was great, the hotel room was quite nice. The staff was very hospitable and friendly specially, Hazal and Sezgin at the front desk. The breakfast was good too.

Расположение топ. Цена супер. Дали номер, как мы и просили ещё два месяца назад на 4 этаже, окна на противоположную, от центральной улицы, сторону, поэтому шум и музыка нам не мешали. Хорошая шумоизоляция номеров, соседей, вообще, не слышали. Вокруг много тусовки-кафе, ресторанчиков, клубов
Центр. Отель идеальной чистоты. Персонал очень клиентооринтированный, очень вежливые, позитивные. Фен не работал - дали новый, сейф перестал работать тут же все исправили. Уборка выше всяких похвал. Белье отличного качества. Завтраки хорошие, официанты вежливые и весёлые, но не навязчивые. При следующем посещении - выберем только этот отель.

В целом, все понравилось, никаких существенных замечаний нет.
Pros:

Отель небольшой и очень уютный. Нам сделали апгрейд: вместо одного трехместного номера дали два номера рядом - одноместный и двухместный. Уборка каждый день, очень чистые белье и полотенца. В душе хороший напор воды. В номере есть все необходимое: чайник, чайные приборы, каждый день две бутылки воды, сейф, фен, утюг по запросу. Завтраки достаточно сытные, не очень разнообразные, но всегда можно выбрать что-то другое. Очень приветливый персонал, всегда готовы помочь по любым вопросам.
Отель находится на соседней улице с Истикляль, метро Таксим в шаговой доступности

Cons:

Просто на заметку будущим постояльцам: в соседних зданиях с отелем несколько кафе-баров, по вечерам каждый день играет живая музыка в нескольких из них и довольно громко. Закрываются они в 2 часа ночи. Нам не мешало, так как сильно уставали и засыпали, хотя окна выходили прямо во двор.
Также за утерю электронного ключа есть штраф в 5 евро.

Central location, nice staff, but not calm and cozy for a longer stay
Pros:

Located close to Taksim, easy to reach. My room was quite big, even with some kitchen equipment. They serve own breakfast which helps a lot. Personal also tried to help with all difficulties , people on the reception were very friendly

Cons:

Noisy area with music till the late night, I was moved to a neighboring building and got the room which was different from the booked one (maybe not worse), that building is not as cozy as the main one. rooms furniture and equipment is very simple.
