Very large comfortable apartment but no service
Pros:

Beautiful large duplex apartment with elegant design.

Cons:

Low maintenance and stiff management. Breakfast is inexistant (plate of fruits and dripped cheap coffee), and I hate receiving texts hours before check-out to remind me to leave. Oh a 2 tiny bottles of water only per stay

Ganz nett, komme lieber nicht wieder.

Das Personal war sehr lieb und zuvorkommend. Die Einrichtung des Zimmers ist sehr gut und die Betten sind bequem.

Cons:

Die Lage war nicht so optimal da es weder in Strandnähe noch in der Nähe der Stadt lag. Wenn man nicht ständig Taxi fahren will sollte man mit Auto anreisen oder sich ein Roller leihen. Bei unserer Ankunft war die Bettlacken und Handtücher noch schmutzig und voller Flecken. Die wurden dann nach unserer Nachfrage gewechselt. Das Frühstück erinnert an eine Gefängnismahlzeit, weil es so abgezählt wirkt.

L’endroit est magnifique, les gens qui travail l’as bas sont très sympa et parle toutes les langues même le français, par contre l’endroit est très mal isolé au niveau du bruit en effet toutes les personnes qui passe devant notre appartement entende tout on a pas réelment de discrétion chez nous

We had great time in tulum.
Pros:

Beautiful room, good breakfast and great staff.

Cons:

A bit far away from tulum downtown, but the staff get us a scooter so all good. :)

La colazione è stata molto ma molto poca
Solo un po di frutta preparata e messa in un piatto
Le fette di pane le deve chiedere a numero con mono porzioni di marmellata
Latte e caffè americano e 1 tipo di succo
Per il tipo di resort /albergo mi sarei aspettato una ricca colazione a buffet

Le superbe appartement en duplex avec un mobilier et une décoration de très bon goût.

Cons:

Petit déjeuner très léger, pas de pain et confiture comme annoncé, seulement quelques fruits et une cuillère à soupe de yaourt.
Piscine très belle mais pas propre, c’est dommage.

Bien sauf si vous avez le sommeil léger….
Pros:

Le logement est très beau. Nous avons eu un nid de guêpe à l’extérieur le personnel est intervenu rapidement pour faire venir quelqu’un.

Cons:

Petit déjeuner cher pour le prix, il y a 3 fruits qui se battent en duel, aucune acoustique dans la chambre impossible de dormir entre les Klaxons et les chiens qui aboient toute la nuit. Ce n’est pas normal pour le prix nous nous sommes endormis d’épuisement, insupportable.
