It was a truly pleasant stay.
Pros:

Breakfast was absolutely great—delicious and beautifully served. The whole hotel is surrounded by lush greenery, making you feel like you're staying in a comfortable tropical park. The entire staff was very helpful, friendly, and kind. I would highly recommend this place to everyone.

Cons:

I think the location is the hotel's weakest point. It's about a 30-minute walk from the center, and even driving there usually takes around 30 minutes because of the heavy traffic.

Secondly, I understand that the tropical climate encourages mold growth, but it shouldn't take much effort to clean the mold from the edges of the bathtub on a regular basis.

Overall, the outdoor environment was fantastic and the staff are super nice but the room was quite disappointing.
Pros:

The staff are really nice and friendly and the outside scene was fascinating. I couldn’t get enough of all the amazing nature.

Cons:

The room was so dull. To start with, the free water they offer didn’t look clean. I stop drinking it after I so things growing inside! Definitely terrifying I hope that wasn’t what I thought it was. The bathroom doesn’t have an extractor fan and water easily leaks which makes a moldy smells sometimes. Also the toilet looks old and not clean.

Outstanding place with the most friendly and inviting staff
Pros:

The staff are so helpful and friendly. Everyone greets you with a smile. The breakfast is amazing. The rooms are large and roomy and cleaned everyday. The grounds are peaceful and comfortable. A wonderful place.

Schöner Aufenthalt mit Potenzial nach oben
Pros:

Das Zimmer ist sehr geräumig und hat viel Stauraum. In der Minibar stehen sogar kostenfreie Getränke (Cola, Fanta, Eistee), was täglich aufgefüllt wird. Die ganze Anlage ist recht groß und hat eigene Reisfelder und sogar 2 große Pools, die sehr zum entspannen einladen. Das Zimmer wird 2x am Tag geputzt und zum Schlafen vorbereitet. Im Zimmer gibt es sogar selbstgemachte Snacks.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist etwas teurer als andere in Ubud und hat zwar einen höheren Standard. Jedoch haben wir extra eine Zimmerkategorie höher gebucht und ein Recht in die Jahre gekommendes Zimmer bekommen. Die Schlitze an den Türen sind recht groß, sodass Tiere durch passen. Es riecht auch etwas muffig. Das Bad ist nicht optimal, da die Dusche in die Badewanne gebaut wurde und nicht wirklich sauber war. Auch der Wasserdruck der Dusche war unterirdisch, so wenig haben wir noch nie erlebt. Im Restaurant kann man sehr schön essen, jedoch sind die Portionen für den Preis echt klein und ähneln einer Vorspeise.

Csodálatos környezetben minden igényt kielégítő fantasztikusan szép, tiszta szobánk volt ! Eddigi legjobb szállásunk volt.

Cons:

A leírásokban az éttermet nagyon dicsérték. Én ezt nem tudom megerősíteni. Mintha kissé kapkodva szolgáltak volna ki minket és az étel sem volt annyira megnyerő. De lehet csak nem jó ételt választottunk ki.

Pleasant hotel a bit off the very busy center of Ubud.
Pros:

We loved the location, quiet and not too far from the center by cab. It is very easy to get a Grab. Experience both restaurants. At the Indonesian restaurant the tables are scattered around a yard of rice patties which invites you for a stroll. The staff is attentive and helpful.

Cons:

It seems there were issues previously because during check-in you are insistently told about extra charges which may occur in case of damages, losses or other.
