The property operates a self-check-in system, and the apartments/units are self-serviced/self-contained. You will receive an email containing your arrival information via email 2 days prior to your arrival, sent at 2 pm. Cons:

No air-conditioning during the warm days. Service quite unfriendly and not open for solutions.
You can't really open windows due to the street Infront of the door. It is quite noisy.

Pros:

Studiato e ottimizzato nei dettagli. Posizione ottima, vicinissima a fermata della metro Edgware Road e al supermercato. Comodo l’angolo cottura.

Cons:

La mancanza di aria condizionata è stata pesante date le temperature di inizio luglio. Stanza molto calda. Peccato non ci sia un ripostiglio per deposito valigie.

Spotlessly clean but not set up for hot weather!
Pros:

The apartment was spotlessly clean. The bathroom and kitchen facilities we good. Also the location was very convenient. We had excellent communication too.

Cons:

We had booked for two nights but had to leave after only one. This was due to the insufferable heat in the apartment. There was only a fan to cool the place down we had virtually no effect at all. We then had to keep the window open all night but as the apartment is ground level, meant we were in full view of anyone passing. Therefore, we had virtually no sleep for the entire night. The thought of another night of the same was just not an option.

Great location, but too small & too hot, overpriced.
Pros:

Clean, great location.

Cons:

Extremely hot due to no aircon & v small fan; bathroom extremely small- would bang head on basin while on wc; kitchen unnecessary & not user friendly in such a small room.
Also states serviced apartment, which we understand to mean a daily check in by staff to change towels & refresh toiletries etc, but that never happened; overpriced.

Apartment was very clean & close to transport & restaurants

So impressed! Apartment was absolutely spotless, bed was comfy, amenities were brilliant.

Pros:

Czysto, był wiatrak (trafił nam się gorący dzień ale wiatrak dał radę), ciepła woda leciała bez problemu. Łatwo znaleźliśmy gdzie się wchodzi. Jeden z najlepszych noclegów w jakich byłam. Łóżko też bardzo wygodne i się wyspaliśmy. Byliśmy tylko jedną noc, ale na kilka dni też by się sprawdził :))

Moderno y limpio
Pros:

El apartamento está muy cerca de la estación de Paddington. Todo muy limpio y moderno. Sin dida alguna un apartamento precioso.

Cons:

Tristemente como la mayoría de casas en Londres no tiene hay aire acondicionado por lo que no lo recomiendo para nada cuando hay olas de calor; de noche es muy difícil dormir.
Deberían implementar alguna solución (más allá del ventilador que te facilitan) puesto que estas olas de calor serán cada vez más recurrentes. Sino le daría un 9 de puntuación.
También pondría un espejo largo dentro del armario.

Pros:

We had a fantastic stay and would happily recommend this place. The location was excellent, making it easy to explore London and get around by public transport.

The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed after long days of sightseeing. Check-in was straightforward, and communication throughout our stay was prompt and helpful.

Overall, it was a great base for our trip—comfortable, convenient, and good value for London. We’d definitely stay here again on our next visit.

Tolle Woche in London
Pros:

Sehr hübsches Appartement mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet . Zentral Nähe Paddington Station in einer Seitenstraße gelegen. Der Fussweg zum nächsten Supermarkt und zur U-Bahn war sehr kurz. Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld und die Übergabe verliefen reibungslos.

Cons:

Wir hatten das oberste Appartement und das Pech, dass es sehr heiss war. Dafür kann aber der Vermieter nichts. Es gab einen Ventilator, der zumindest ein bisschen Abhilfe schuf.

Es wäre schön gewesen, man hätte zwischendurch mal auf einen Staubsauger zugreifen können und evtl bei einem längeren Aufenthalt auf mehr Handtücher
