The property operates a self-check-in system, and the apartments/units are self-serviced/self-contained. You will receive an email containing your arrival information via email 2 days prior to your arrival, sent at 2 pm. Clean apartment in a great location, just a little on the small side.

Location was great and the apartment was clean

It was quite small and being on the ground floor you could hear the front door banging with people coming and going. Plus it was red hot!

No está preparada para la alta temperatura, nos tocó una ola de calor no prevista para la fecha y el clima era insoportable en la habitación. Sugiero no instalarse en esta habitación en verano.

Staff was great, location was good. Good value.

Cons:

Suite 2 has limited wifi - worked about 50% of time. Possible suggestions 1) - There is a nice little patio area in back - would be nice to have a bistro table to enjoy. 2) a mirror outside the bathroom. The plug in bathroom is for razors only - a bit of a challenge for ladies to do their hair outside bathroom.

Was a lovely stay, however It was unseasonably hot (32+) during our stay and suite 2 had small windows at ground level - could not leave open during the night. Not intended as a slight to stay as this is generally unheard of and totally unexpected.

Pros:

Location, decent flat size and good storage.

Cons:

No air conditioning. The fact that it was underground. No kitchen fan extractor. The checkout at 11.00 in the morning. The check in at 3.00.

Caldo eccessivo in camera, non è stato possibile regolare la temperatura, 2 regolatori non funzionanti, ciononostante i 12 gradi esterni abbiamo dovuto aprire la finestra e dormire con la finestra aperta perché era fastidioso e mancava l’aria.

Great for what I needed
Pros:

Bathroom was bijou but well fitted out. Excellent shower. KItchen had all that was needed. Despite being a basement flat, there was enough light from the window.

It was only for short periods, but the people above were noisy on the floor when coming in and going out (don't think they read the shoes off part
