Pros:

Lage mit einem Kleinkind mit Nähe zum Zoo, Schloss Hellbrunn und das Umland ideal udn auch gut mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen.

Cons:

Fehlende Klimaanlage ist bei Hitze (es waren tagsüber so 30-33Grad) ungünstig, da sich die Räumlichkeiten enorm aufhitzen. Nachts teilweise 26-28Grad Zimmertemperatur gehabt.

Zudem gab es keinen Kühlschrank im Zimmer, was ebenfalls schade ist, um sich Getränke kalt zu stellen.

La vista del paisaje desde la habitación.

Cons:

No me gustó que no tenía frigobar ya que hacía calor y no habia forma de mantener la bebida fría.
El aire acondicionado portátil no enfriaba la habitación.

Beautiful views, more attention to basics needed
Pros:

Location was very lovely. The rooms were lovely. Good size and the security was good

Cons:

No ironing board, no fridge for milk or water. No additional water or milk when needed!! Staff were asked to help me because I was in a wheelchair, but no one helped.

Die Lage und auch das Gebäude an sich: Blaubeerplantage, Pastisserie & Sushi in einem Gebäude mitten in der Pampa mit Panorama zum Untersberg...... unverwechselbar :P

Cons:

Ein Föhn wäre wichtiger als Wasser oder Hafermilch in Tetrapacs.... Bei einem 5tägigen Aufenthalt wäre auch mal eine kostenlose Reinigung nicht schlecht :)

Pros:

Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Zimmer. Genau, was ich liebe, vintage style und schöne Objekte und Bilder als Blickfänger. Ich fand das Zimmer sehr sauber und voll gut ausgestattet. Das Weinglas war eine gute Überraschung. Tolle Lage, Viele bemängeln den kühlen Empfang - jedoch dies ist glaube ich gar nicht der Empfang des Hotels sondern ein Restaurant, das unter dem Hotel ist. Alles, was man für das Checking benötigt ist per email geschickt worden, keinen Grund das Restaurant-Personal zu stören.

Cons:

Beim Checkin musste ich bereits ziemlich viele persönliche Daten angeben, inklusive ein Scan des Ausweises. Au0erdem wurde ich per SMS kontaktiert um das Checkin durch ein Link vom SMS zu machen. Also personendatenschutzrechtlich fand ich das ganze nicht ideal. Das Online-Checkin über Booking-Mail lief gut, aber eben fand ich es störend, dass ich so viele Daten angeben muss, UM überhaupt mein PIN für die Eingangstür des Hotels zu bekommen.

Für zwei Nächte war es okay
Pros:

Der Online Check-In war unkompliziert und hat mich überhaupt nicht gestört. Das Frühstück stand jeden Morgen um ca 7:00 vor dem Zimmer und war wirklich lecker. Besonders das Vegane mit selbstgemachten Humus und Falafel. Ungewöhnlich im Zimmer zu Frühstücken, aber es gab einen kleinen Tisch und einen Hocker, war also in Ordnung. Das Bett war zwar eher schmal aber sehr bequem. Die Einrichtung ist zwar in die Jahre gekommen, wäre vom Stil her aber toll, wenn die Sauberkeit auch passen würde. Das Hotel liegt direkt gegenüber vom Zoo, und in der Nähe vom Schloss Hellbrunn. Liegt zwar an einer viel befahrenen Straße, aber wenn die Fenster geschlossen sind hört man davon nicht viel.

Cons:

Leider hat es an mehreren Stellen etwas an der Sauberkeit gemangelt. Aus dem Teekocher hätte ich keinen Tee trinken wollen, sah nicht appetitlich aus und roch irgendwie verschimmelt…. Generell roch es im gesamten Gebäude und im Zimmer nicht so angenehm, aber im Bad war der Geruch am schlimmsten - nach Kanalisation. Das ging auch trotz lüften nicht weg. Der Badvorleger lag in der Dusche und war deshalb vor der ersten Benutzung schon nass. Außerdem Schimmel am Badfenster, Spinnennetze, Staub, verdreckte Moskitonetze vor dem Fenster usw…. Auch der Eingangsbereich hat nicht gerade vor Sauberkeit geglänzt. Was vielleicht aber auch daran liegt, das der Parkplatz unbefestigt ist und es durch den Regen extrem matschig war.
