Pros:

The decorations are very nice. Location super close to Hellbrunn Palace and the Zoo so beautiful location and surroundings. 👍❤️

Cons:

The room was not so clean when i arrived 😕, not so comfortable to see the dursty shoesprint there. Must be well prepared for guest 🙏

La proximité de salstburg le petit dej bien

Cons:

Pas de personne a qui poser des questions et qui puisse prodiguer des conseils la chambre donnait sur la rue tres bruyante nous aurions pu échanger pour une chambre libre avec vue sur la montagne le restaurant était fermé aucune indication pour trouver ou se restaurer la cafetière ne fonctionnait plus personne pour nous aider nous avons du nous contenter du thé pas de plan de salstburg ni d indication pour les transports en commun en conclusion des vrais gens à l Accueil c est mille fois mieux

Super miejscówka na zwiedzanie Hellbrunn i Salzburgu a jednak na uboczu z ładnym widokiem
Pros:

Śniadania do pokoju z możliwością wyboru z 4 pakietów.
Zestaw do parzenia kawy i herbaty w pokoju. Moskitiery w oknach. Duży parking przy obiekcie i darmowy. Online check-in oraz wszystkie informacje jasne i klarowane.
Super Kontakt z obsługą, która bardzo szybko rozwiązała problem z guest card.

Idealna lokalizacja na zwiedzanie Hellbrunn, wystarczy przejść na drugą stronę ulicy. Salzburg z idealnym połączeniem komunikacją miejską, która była za darmo z Salzburg Mobility Guest Card.

Cons:

Jedyna rzecz która by można poprawić to zmiana lokalizacji dużych koszy na śmieci (np. gdzieś na tyły budynku).

Lovely
Pros:

It was really nice to stay in this apartment. Everything was there what we needed.

The outside view was amazing, you could see the mountain!!!

Cons:

Customer service was a bit slow/not so good. The electricity from our room didn't work.
I contacted via whatsapp and I got a chat robot and said that I had to wait for someone to contact me. In the end the electricity worked again.

The wifi was also slow. In certain areas in the room was no wifi connection 😅.

Bon rapport qualité prix pour visiter Salzbourg
Pros:

bon rapport qualité prix, parking. Juste à côté du chateau de Hellbrunn dont nous conseillons la visite (ou du Zoo). Attention, vous ne verrez pas de personnel, tout se fait électroniquement et vous recevrez un code d'accès à votre chambre.

Il faisait chaud dans la chambre

Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet. Allerdings war unser Zimmer zur Autobahn hin ausgerichtet, sodass es durch den Verkehr ziemlich laut war.

Ein großes Lob für den sehr bequemen Komfort des Bettes. Der Zugang zum Bett war jedoch von einer Seite nicht möglich, da sich das Zimmer im Dachgeschoss befand und das Bett unter der Dachschräge stand.

Es wäre außerdem wünschenswert, wenn das Zimmer über einen kleinen Kühlschrank verfügen würde.

Ansonsten waren wir mit allem sehr zufrieden.

Ihans hotelli
Pros:

Ihana pieni hotelli upeassa ympäristössä. Kauniisti sisustetut huoneet, tyylikäs ja herkullinen aamiaislaatikko toimitettuna oven taakse asmulla. Henkilökuntaa ei kaivannut eikä turhaa siivousta.

Cons:

Netti olisi saanut toimia vähän paremmin.

Kein Aufenthalt möglich wegen nicht funktionierendem Online-Einchecken
Pros:

Von Außen nett, vor 20 Uhr angekommen und bis 0:30 konnte keine PIN generiert werden um ins Zimmer zu gelangen. Unten ist ein Japanisches Restaurant, der Herr dort will nichts mit den Vermietern der Räume zu tun haben weil ganz einfach nicht jeder mit dieser Online-Eincheckerei klar kommt. Jegliche Hilfe nur über WhatsApp führt zu keiner Lösung. Ende: top Reaktion von Booking und anderes Hotel buchen können. Nie mehr NUMA für uns!

Pros:

Okolica je lepa v neposredni bližini živalskega vrta.

Cons:

Ob prihodu so bili v sobi še ostanki prejšnjih gostov, pod posteljo so bile umazane cunje. Imeli rezervirani dve sobi, zato smo imeli še toliko boljši vpogled v čistočo in opremo. Omare bi bilo potrebno zamenjat na v eni sobi ni bilo vrat na omari v drugi nobene police za odlagat stvari. Nemogoče jih je bilo prikicat na telefon. Balkoni so bili zanemarjeni polni pajčevin in napol posušenega zelenja. Tla v sibi so imela polno nekakšnih madežev.

Im Bad roch es nach Kanal. Die Kaffeemaschine war nicht gereinigt. Leider keine Klimaanlage (was ich beim Buchen nicht beachtet habe)
