Overpriced and would not stay again.
Pros:

Pool, good however did not use.
Room, good but shower in the bath not good for me, 81 years old. A walk in shower.

Cons:

A walk in shower in the bathroom is more suitable for me.
The sea view was about 50%, obscured by pillars nest to the room.
The breakfast was average.

This is an excellent private resort with plenty of pools, easy access to local tours and sightseeing
Pros:

This resort has excellent facilities: a large private grounds for walking, a wide range of pools, restaurants, seating areas, and easy access to the beach and local shops and cafes. For my birthday, I had a cake delivered to our room for free! We stayed in the Ocean View suite. The room was large, had an excellent view, and was very clean. We stayed there for the second time in two years. This is definitely the best hotel in Pattaya!

Cons:

I would appreciate having a foot bath or tap water to wash feet from the sand after walking on the beach at the Breezee restaurant

I had a wonderful stay at the Royal Cliff Grand Hotel. The hospitality was truly outstanding, and every member of the team made me feel welcomed and valued throughout my visit.
A special thank you to Samita, Kitchanut, and AVA for their exceptional service, professionalism, and friendly attitude. They went above and beyond to ensure that everything was perfect and that my stay was comfortable and memorable.
The hotel's excellent facilities, beautiful atmosphere, and dedicated staff made this an unforgettable experience. I highly recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Pattaya and looking for world-class hospitality.

During my stay in the Junior Suite, I particularly appreciated the spacious layout, comfortable living area, and large private balcony. The room felt more like a seaside residence than a standard hotel room.

Beyond the accommodation, the resort offers an impressive range of facilities. The multiple swimming pools, tropical gardens, wellness facilities, and Fitz Club provide plenty of opportunities to relax, stay active, or simply enjoy the surroundings.

Breakfast each morning featured a wide selection of international dishes, alongside local favourites such as freshly prepared Pathongko and Thai coconut pancakes from the live cooking stations.
