Little privacy, the curtain covering the entrance door was too short, so we didn’t get much privacy.
The ventilation of our cave room was eight over our bed, and we could hear the restaurant terrace directly, his was very uncomfortable.

we had a nice view from the balcony and we were near shops and restaurants
the smell in the bathroom was a bit disturbing, there was no air freshener or any other thing to make things better.

The views from the property were unforgettable. We had a view over Goreme and it looked absolutely amazing at night.
The rooms tended to get a bit dusty which is understandable given the nature of the location and the construction of the rooms themselves.
It also can be a bit difficult to carry luggage to the rooms as there are a lot of stairs. Thankfully the staff were very kind and assisted with the movement of luggage to the room.
A peaceful and magical location with tranquil gardens, heaps of outdoor seating and exceptional views of Göreme and the hot air balloons in the mornings. A 5 minute walk down to the main street takes you to a vast range of dining options and touristy shops. The breakfasts were outstanding, with caring and attentive staff. Reception staff spoke good English and helped us book tours, both in advance and once we arrived.
Beds were very firm.
Neighbouring rooftop restaurants favoured rather loud live or Western music so we learned to close the plastic cover to our room ceiling vent, to limit noise, which stopped at 10 pm.
The hotel’s location is excellent. The round bed was attractive, comfortable, and something different that I really liked
I stayed for four nights, and during my stay, housekeeping only came to replace the towels and replenish soap, toilet paper, and shampoo.
Upon arrival, I noticed that the shower was not properly cleaned and had black mold stains caused by moisture. The sink also appeared dirty, with whitish soap residue, and the toilet did not smell clean. In addition, part of the curtains had come loose from the curtain rod.
During my four-night stay, the sheets and blanket were never changed.
L'hôtel donne un effet "Wow" dès les premiers instants. Les diverses terrasses de l'hôtel sont justes magnifiques et valent à elles seule le coup d'y séjourner. Possible d'observer les montgolfières à condition de se lever vers 5h du matin. Superbe expérience de vie dans une troglodyte "cave Guvercilik", très confortable même lors des journée chaudes. Grand, grand merci au personnel particulièrement amical et serviable, ainsi qu'au propriétaire qui nous a fait une excursion et raconté l'histoire de cet endroit. On a apprécié de goûter des produits locaux au petit déjeuner. Petit parking réservé à la clientèle est disponible.
