J’ai passé un séjour très agréable dans cet hôtel. Tout était parfait. La chambre était spacieuse, le petit dej était bon, l’emplacement était bien. L’hôtel dispose d’un rooftop pour voir les montgolfières dès le matin. Le personnel est très accueillant, ils ont été une gentillesse exceptionnelle.
Breakfast, staff and location
L'hôtel donne un effet "Wow" dès les premiers instants. Les diverses terrasses de l'hôtel sont justes magnifiques et valent à elles seule le coup d'y séjourner. Possible d'observer les montgolfières à condition de se lever vers 5h du matin. Superbe expérience de vie dans une troglodyte "cave Guvercilik", très confortable même lors des journée chaudes. Grand, grand merci au personnel qui est particulièrement amical et serviable. On a apprécié de goûter des produits locaux au petit déjeuner. Petit parking réservé à la clientèle est disponible.
Une odeur de canalisation désagréable par moment. Le matelas de la chambre en pierre "stone Hezen" étais bad gamme, dur et pas confortable. La fenêtre de la salle de bain de cette chambre a aussi besoin de réparation.
La posizione dell'hotel e' eccellente, probabilmente una delle migliori terrazze da cui vedere l'alba lo spettacolo delle mongolfiere. L'hotel e' centralissimo. Ci sono ber 3 terrazze su 3 livelli. Il giardino delle terrazze e' molto curato e questo e' uno dei punti forti dell'hotel..Ci sono dondoli, panche e poltrone bellissime per ammirare il tramonto! Sei circondato dal profumo della lavanda e delle rose.
Dovrebbero essere sistemate alcune cose: il wc in bagno e' montato in pendenza per cui non ci si può sedere bene; manca un aeratore in bagno ed essendo collegato alla camera da letto, diviso solo da una piccola porta di legno a due ante, senza chiusura, se non si apre la finestra della camera da letto per fare areare..e' un problema. La luce in bagno e' troppo debole e il faretto nello specchio non funzionava per cui truccarmi e' stata un'impresa. Sono stati apprezzato i piccoli doccia schiuma/shampoo però potrebbe esser messo un piccolo ripiano su cui poggiarli, altrimenti si devono mettere a terra. Il copriletto aveva delle macchie/aloni che probabilmente non andavano via, non dava un senso di pulito anche se probabilmente lo era.
Non c'e' modo di oscurare completamente la stanza, le tendine oscuranti sono troppe corte, se si tirava da destra, entrava la luce da sinistra e viceversa 😅 qualche centimetro in più e sarebbero state perfette! 😅,
Hotel confortável, boa localização, excelente café da manhã e staff muito atencioso.
A limpeza entre as diárias deveria ser completa.
The location was on a hill looking over Gerome with great views. The breakfast was plentiful and had a good choice.
La chambre très spacieuse et le grand confort du lit, le décor en pierre, la gentillesse du personnel, la magnifique vue, le très joli jardin, le bon petit-déjeuner, la situation en hauteur et au coeur de Göreme, proche des restaurants et des boutiques.
La chambre donnant sur la terrasse, nous avions beaucoup de bruit le soir jusque vers minuit.
Il n'y a malheureusement rien de prévu au petit-déjeuner pour les intolérances au lait de vache et au gluten. Je pensais trouver de la feta (fromage de brebis), mais on en trouve peu en Turquie apparemment.

The staff are very nice and helpful. They even prepared a sandwich box for me when I have to head to the airport before breakfast serving. Staying in a room carved inside a fairy chimney is interesting. Also, the hotel is not far away from Goreme center.

What I liked most about Panoramic Cave Hotel was its excellent location. The views of Göreme and the hot air balloons were amazing. The staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help. They made our stay comfortable and memorable. Highly recommende
