Pros:

The views, the location absolutely breathtaking. The staff particularly Irakli was exceptional. Great customer service and wonderful to talk to. George was very helpful and made us very welcomed. Both were very helpful in taking care of our luggage. Highly recommended

Absolutely a beautiful experience in Santorini!💙🇬🇷🖤
Pros:

George the manager could not have been more accommodating he made sure our luggage was brought directly to the room. We did not have to carry it because there are some stairs there anything we needed he was right there for & the views were absolutely exceptional!

Cons:

Loved everything about it! It was our first time so the close proximity to the town was very helpful as well!

Perfect experience all over and through out
Pros:

Amazing service from the time we arrived up until the last minute we left. There is no other place we will look to stay when we go to Santorini again. The staff cares about the client actively and making everything they can to have everything you need, when you need it and the way you need it. One of the best services and best breakfast ever, home cooked!

Pros:

So many things! First of all THE VIEW. No need to bother going anywhere else for sunset because you have the best view on the entire island in my opinion. Great location, very easy to walk to shops and restaurants. Beds were very comfortable. We also loved the pool and appreciated that they were accommodating for us to hang by the pool the day after checkout since our Ferry wasnt until the late afternoon. Also appreciated the crib they provided since we had our 18 month old with us :) Whenever we come back to Santorini we would absolutely stay here again!

Cons:

Super minor and I definitely understand but sometimes limited flexibility with what time you can have breakfast since two rooms cant book the same time for bfast. Again super minor and wasnt a huge deal to us.

This was easily the highlight of our trip. Our stay at Pantelia Suites was exceptional from start to finish. I almost don’t want to leave this review because I’m worried it’ll be fully booked the next time we visit Santorini!

The location is perfect, right in the heart of Fira, less than a 5-minute walk to the bus station and surrounded by fantastic restaurants.

If you have the pleasure of meeting George, you’re in the best hands. He goes above and beyond, providing great local recommendations on what to see, do, and eat, and even gave us advice for the next Greek island on our itinerary.

The breakfast was another standout. Each morning, a delicious breakfast was delivered outside our room, with plenty of options to choose from when ordering the day before. The quality was outstanding.

A genuine 10/10 stay. We couldn’t fault a thing and would happily stay here again.

Breakfast served to your room or on the patio was one of the best we have had.
Transport to and from the airport organised by the staff and they carried our bags up and down the stairs which was a great help.

We loved our stay at Pantelia Suites. Everything was just perfect, from the time we checked-in, the manager George was so welcoming and all the staff were fantastic, which really made a big difference in the hotel experience. Breakfast on the terrace with an amazing view… we couldn’t ask for anything more!

Love love love it! Everything was excellent….the property itself, the suite, the private terrace and hot tub, the wonderful breakfast made to order and served on the terrace, the amazing views from the terrace so we didn’t have to go anywhere for sunset pictures or enjoying the caldera views. Location is excellent and very convenient with minimal steps which was important to us. Just a 3-4 min walk to the main bus station and we toured the whole island on the buses which are air conditioned and very easy to use
