Tolle Lage mit wunderschönem Ausblick, freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal sowie gutes Frühstück
Pros:

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt im Hotel Wasserfall inklusive Summercard insgesamt sehr genossen und können das Hotel grundsätzlich weiterempfehlen. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben sind die schöne Lage mit dem tollen Ausblick, das freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal sowie das gute Frühstück und das leckere Essen im Restaurant.

Cons:

Dennoch sehen wir in einigen Bereichen Verbesserungspotenzial. Beim Frühstück würden wir uns eine größere und qualitativ hochwertigere Auswahl an frischem Obst wünschen. Außerdem wären Renovierungsmaßnahmen in verschiedenen Bereichen sinnvoll, beispielsweise bei den Polsterungen der Sitzbänke im Frühstücksraum sowie in den Balkonbereichen. Auch die Sauberkeit könnte insgesamt etwas sorgfältiger sein.

Trotz dieser Kritikpunkte haben wir uns wohlgefühlt und hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt. Mit einigen Verbesserungen könnte das Hotel sein Potenzial noch besser ausschöpfen.

Das Frühstück war sehr gut und die Essen, welche wir aus der Speisekarte gewählt haben, waren sowohl ausgezeichnet und auch mit einer sehr kurzen Wartezeit am Tisch.

Cons:

In den beiden Nächten hatte ich bis Mitternacht (oder länger) eine sehr laute Lärmbelästigung (vermutlich durch andere Zimmer, welche ich aber leider nicht orten konnte), sodass man Ohropax verwenden musste um ein Einschlafen zu ermöglichen.
