Maple and Viview and the the entire staff made my stay one to remember!
Pros:

Beautiful hotel in perfect location to great transport options. The hotel is of high quality with wonderful rooms. The highlight is the fantastic staff right across the hotel. In particular, Maple and Viview at the desk made my stay one to remember. Helpful always, welcoming and accommodating and professional. They were amazing and I thank them for such a great stay in Bangkok!

Was not happy with the room and breakfast, will not stay there again or recommend it
Pros:

The Location was good

Cons:

I did not like that the room was so small and there was no place to put my luggage
I was forced to have breakfast delivered to the room with very limited space to eat the breakfast.
I did not like all the trays of left over food in the hallway, did not feel very clean

Pros:

いずれのスタッフの対応も良く、清掃もきちんとされ、快適に過ごせました。アソーク駅、ターミナル21にも近くとても便利でした。
