Beliggenheden

Cons:

Det lugtede af fugt og der har været vandskade flere steder, hvor døre og låger var synlig ødelagte. Vi fik ændret vores værelse så det hjalp lidt og personalet var venligt og prøvede at dække over det, men hotellet skal virkelig renoveres nu!
Beliggenheden er til gengæld fantastisk og bliver ikke mere central, men prisen er for høj til hvad man får og derfor ville vi vælge andet.

Great location but very small rooms.
Pros:

The location is superb and the staff were very friendly

Cons:

The walls are so thin you could hear everyone and everything all night long and all morning. The size of the room was tiny not much space.

Séjour fabuleux et inoubliable !

Nous avons été accueilli chaleureusement avec gentillesse et bienveillance ! Parfait.
L'hôtel est beau et propre.
La terrasse extérieure est magnifique,grande et calme.
Le côté piscine super : Liam et la jeune fille de la paillote sont très gentils, souriants et sympathiques, des jeunes très bien, toujours un mot gentil, nous accueuille avec leur bonne humeur, merci !
Notre suite était magnifique, literie de qualité, spacieuse, la kitchenette un vrai plus !
Salle de bains spacieuse !
Tout est propre !
Un merci particulier aux personnes qui font le ménage, ils sont souvent dans l'ombre, et on tenait à les féliciter et les remercier pour leur travail formidable.
Un grand merci à Ramzi qui est génial, attentionné avec les clients et serviable.
Et un merci aussi au personnel de la réception, vraiment très gentil, agréable, souriant, professionnel et... Drôle ! On a apprécié.
Le petit déjeuner est super, varié, y a tout !
Un grand Merci à toute l'équipe, nous avons fait de belles rencontres humaines, on part avec plein de beaux souvenirs et on compte revenir l'année prochaine !

fantastisk beliggenhet, hyggelig bassengområde og store, svale rom. Enkel innsjekk og utsjekk. to forskjellige typer puter; en har og en mykere

Toaletten var trasig och de gjorde ingenting åt den. Bad om handdukar till badrummet i över en timme sen kom en arg receptionist och lämnade dem

Friendly staff let down by a tired, poorly maintained hotel that falls well short of 4-star standards.
Pros:

The reception staff were friendly, polite and genuinely tried to help when issues were reported. The location is also good, within walking distance of the Croisette.

Cons:

This hotel does not meet the standard expected of a 4-star property. On arrival we had to change rooms because the shower leaked, the mini fridge was over-frosted and unusable, and the iron was broken. Unfortunately, our upgraded room still had a leaking shower, a broken toilet seat, a blocked sink, mould, stains, dirty walls and stains on the bed. The room had an unpleasant smell the whole time.

Housekeeping was inconsistent, and we were left without towels on two separate occasions. The hallways, lifts and communal areas feel dated, tired and poorly maintained, and the hotel has an unpleasant smell throughout of bins. The toiletries provided were basic, there was no room service, and the overall facilities did not justify the high price we paid.

Overall, the hotel does not reflect the photos online and was extremely disappointing for what is advertised as a 4-star hotel.
