Pacific Regis advice that renovation work will being in 2 apartments from Monday 14th October 2024 - Wednesday 16th October 2024. During this time there will be significant noise between the hours of 8:30am and 4:30pm.

Apartments are sold by "Type" and Not by view and can be located on any level or position in the building. While we always strive to accommodate our guests' requests, please note that specific room location preferences are not guaranteedThis property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

A beautiful home away from home
Pros:

We loved living in this flat. It was spacious and well renovated with a beautiful view to admire every day. The kitchen was great for cooking up family meals. Any issues we had were swiftly resolved by the wonderful concierge. Thank you for handling all our questions and issues so quickly! We had an unforgettable experience!

Cons:

The shower didn’t have a guard on the bottom so water would flood the floor every time we had a shower (which we had to mop up).

It would have been nice to have some common kitchen amenities there too like foil, cling film, cooking oil. Even a bigger bin under the sink.

In the bedroom it got so hot one night no matter how strong the fan was. After a while the fan would rattle or squeak.

One other thing is that we had to baby proof the balcony as there was large gaps between the balcony guard that made us very nervous.

We appreciate that there was an indoor and outdoor pool but the condition was a little yucky so we only went once. The smell of chlorine is so strong and there’s a lot of sand inside.

Perfect spot if you want to stay in Burleigh. Lovely staff, great facilities.
Pros:

Fabulous Location with a great view and great facilities, close to everything Burleigh has to offer. We used the BBQ , both Pools ( large outside pool is heated ) and 2 large spas. Lovely, large corner apartment on level 5. Really impressed with apartment facilities and the boys loved Foxtel Large TV. Would definitely stay again. Only negative was the restricted parking areas all around .......when family members came to visit they had to move cars every 3 hours.

Cons:

A fan in the wardrobe. Was filthy almoust mouldy. No spare rubbish bags and cleaner wouldn’t give us another. Very minimal cleaning products. Had to go buy rubbish bags, toilet paper, dish soap. Bed in second room was very average.

Pros:

Location is great. Manager’s are lovely and attentive.

Cons:

The cleanliness of the apartment. The mop and vacuum required upgrading in the apartment, I could not use them.
A few more cooking items would help when staying 8 nights.
