Incroyable! Je recommande à 100% 😍 un vrai havre de paix avec un jardin somptueux
Pros:

Petit déjeuner incroyable avec beaucoup de choix !
Vue incroyable depuis la piscine !
Personnel adorable et au petits soins
L’hôtel possède une petite salle de sport
Literie très confortable et chambre spacieuse climatisée
Nous avons eu besoin de partir à l’hôpital en urgence et l’hotel nous a directement mis à disposition un chauffeur pour faire l’aller retour dans la soirée pour un prix très abordable.

Cons:

L’hôtel est situé à 35mn en voiture du centre de sidemen. Prévoir de louer un scooter ou taxi pour se déplacer.

Second stay at Tapa Agung View
Pros:

Views , quiet , comfortable room with great facilities. Beautiful massage at the spa Kind staff.

Cons:

The food was good but could be better. Mix the offerings possibly by introducing some daily specials. Breakfast could have some more variety but no complaints about quality. Some dishes came to the table less than hot.

Staff was great. The vibes at hotel are very chill

Cons:

It’s a little too far away from everything. Don’t recommend to stay there for a long time, there is not much to do around, except if you are going to go on excursions provided by hotel. Also I was staying for 2 days and both days it was cloudy, that’s why I didn’t really saw the whole mountain, so be prepared that it can happen

Pros:

This place is definitely set up with one thing in mind - the view. And it is MAGNIFICENT. Very inspiring getaway to relax and write. The staff are incredible. Yuda was the kindest person in the world with a smile that warmed me up every time!

Cons:

If you are looking for a true fancy resort with yoga, spa, wellness, gym, etc, this is not the place. It has those things, just not in grand resort fashion. But this place is great. 100% recommended.

Spectacular View
Pros:

Amazing place, the view to Mt Agung is spectacular and the valley below with the natural water baths is a must visit, a little oasis.
Would highly recommend staying here.

Dépaysement et ressourçant le tout avec un personnel au top
Pros:

L’emplacement face au volcan est incroyable.
Tout comme la gentillesse du personnel au petit soin du début à la fin avec nous.
Nous avons passé un super séjour là bas et nous recommandons vraiment cet établissement.

Ein atemberaubender Ausblick

Die Aussicht des Hotels ist atemberaubend! Genau so, wie auf den Fotos zu sehen! Alleine deshalb lohnt sich der Aufenthalt hier. In Verbindung mit dem Infinity Pool einfach traumhaft. Wir hatten als vierköpfige Familie zwei Zimmer gebucht (Deluxe Room with Mountain View & Suite with Pool View). Einige Zimmer verfügen über eine Verbindungstür. Leider war es bei uns nicht der Fall. Allerdings lagen unsere Zimmer nebeneinander, das war praktisch! Das Hotel besteht seit 2023 und ist top gepflegt! Die Mitarbeiter sind super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Nähe zum Besaki Tempel und den Vulkanen ist Vorteilhaft. Zum Tempel sind wir ca. 10 min gefahren! Das Essen im Restaurant war auch sehr lecker! Das Frühstück ist sehr reichhaltig!

Staff are super friendly, helpful and always attentive towards the customers needs.
I was given a farewell gift when I checked out after staying there for 6 days which was very touching.
The staff and the service was just exceptional 🙏

Pros:

Of course, the main highlight of this hotel is the view of Mount Agung — it’s incredible. The volcano itself and the valley in front of it are just an amazing sight. We took a room with a mountain view and didn’t regret it. It was a bit more expensive, but definitely worth it.

As for everything else, I’d say it’s fine — not outstanding, but perfectly decent.
