Nice cosy hotel in a peaceful location
Pros:

A very nice and cosy hotel in a peaceful, serene location. The service was exceptional, from the incredibly kind and welcoming reception team to the lovely lady in charge of breakfast, who made our mornings extra special. They truly made our stay even more enjoyable!

A nice luxury hotel with friendly staff
Pros:

This luxury small hotel is nicely located in the hear of Tuscany. We liked the room which was very comfortable and clean, enjoyed excellent breakfast and dinner at the restaurant as well as spending some time in the garden.
The lounge room (public space) was fine however to enter and spend time there you need to leave the building, go outside and re-enter from another side. In case you want to use restroom, while in that space, again you need to go outside and use facilities of the restaurant. I would say the organization of the space is not very convenient.
Overall very friendly staff who did their best to make our stay enjoyable.

Cons:

We were disappointed by the swimming pool. From the photos it was not quite clear how it really looked like and looking at other hotel's photos created some expectations from the pool. In reality we didn't use it as it was very small and not very convenient to enter in. Probably we should have paid more attention to photos.

Un posto dove rilassarsi e staccare dal mondo
Pros:

Struttura molto bella con camere arredate con gusto e curate nei dettagli.
Staff estremamente gentile e disponibile e colazione ottima
Attorno all’hotel regna un piacevole silenzio, interrotto solo dalla musica proveniente dalla scuola di musica adiacente che diventa una piacevole colonna sonora, perfetta per accompagnare i momenti di relax

A gorgeous gem of a hotel with outstanding service & food. Not to be missed!
Pros:

John along with his staff and the stellar service & food are the reason I will go out of my way to find a reason to go back again and again. The location is ideal for getting to a variety of places in Tuscany/Umbria/Perugia and don't miss the general store they've set up too. The lovely music from the music school students across the street if you catch them in residence during the summer months and surroundings in the town were just the added bonus. As a person who is constantly travelling I can truly say this is one of the best boutique hotels I've been to in a very long time. A truly outstanding gem & not to be missed!
