うるさい（換気扇の音）
Pros:

手続き法無駄がなく、申込日の情報を有効に活用されていた。

Cons:

・洗面室の換気せんがうるさい。
・シャワーカーテンが短い
・洗面台のカビ？

Pros:

スタッフの接客と対応は良かったです。

Cons:

トイレの流すレバーの扉？みたいな所は壊れてるし、洗面の受け皿や浴室もヒビが入っていたり、かなり酷い状態でガッカリでした。
金額も休めに設定されていますが、この酷さだといかがなものかと…。

こんな部屋初めてだ
Cons:

ユニットバスのトイレから洗面台の下の壁が外れかかっていてトイレのレバーを回す度にヒヤヒヤしました
床も沈みかかってる感じがして…
シャワーを出すと蛇口の脇から水が噴き出してきて…
安さに惹かれた結果 こんな設備のところを提供されてちょっと悲しかったです

初めに壊れてる箇所がありますって伝えてくれたら印象も変わったのにな 残念です
