Pros:

L'albergo si sceglie prevelentemente per l'ottima posizione vicinissima al mare, pratica per lo shopping e l'accesso alle spiagge. Colazione ottima. Avrebbe bisogno di una ristrutturata generale. Comunque pulito. Ottima l'accoglienza del personale alla reception e alla sala della colazione.

Il bagno non aveva il bidet ma un doccetta accanto al water che non siamo riusciti a far funzionare ma comunque pulito e ordinato

Ottima posizione vicino alla partenza della Maratona, stanza spaziosa, confortevole, bagno comodo, buon numero di punti di appoggio per gli articoli da toilette. Ottima colazione varia ed abbondante, il giorno della Maratona viene anticipata di mezz'ora, utilissimo.
Personale cordiale soprattutto la carinissima receptionist alle prime armi, sempre sorridente ed entusiasta di imparare.

Pros:

Posizione ottimale per il lungomare e per arrivare a Rimini centro a piedi. Colazione buona e varia dolce e salata. Lo staff molto gentile e disponibile.

When one horrible experience overrides all good things, the hotel desk tried to scam us, and when we tried to resolve the issue, we were told that it was our problem. Indecent and absolutely unhospitable attitude to guests. Never expect such an attitude even in a mediocre hotel

The hotel had a nice location, the staff was friendly enough, the breakfast was good, and the property was clean. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

Cons:

I got an old room with poor renovation for some reason. It was also a bit noisy because the window faced the road. The Wi-Fi could not reach my room and only worked in the lobby and breakfast area, so I had to use my 5G all the time. Unfortunately, the staff could not help me with this issue.
