Pas mal pour un court séjour
Pros:

Le personnel est souriant et adorable. Jolie vue sur la mer. Chambres assez confortables, joli décor des parties communes. Bon petit déjeuner continental, 1,5L d’eau, thé et café dans la chambre. Très bon emplacement: centres commerciaux tout près, centre-ville à proximité, transports : itinéraire facile aéroport - hôtel. Internet à une superbe vitesse partout dans l’hôtel.

Cons:

Équipement assez usé, manque de propreté, insectes que je ne connais pas dans la chambre, nuisances sonores, pas d’isolation de bruit, dosage savon cassé, air conditionné ne refroidit pas

Pros:

Чудесна локация, на метри от Метростанция Yenikapi, автобусна спирка, множество ресторанти и магазини. Има собствен паркинг, което е огромно предимство в тази част на Истанбул. Чиста и приятна стая, любезни домакини. Бихме посетили отново.

Pros:

Good location (close to the metro, tram, train and ferries), very good breakfasts (rich, varied, and fresh), comfortable, large, and clean rooms, and very helpful staff (thanks for the corkscrew). Highly recommended. I hope to see you again!!!

Cons:

A little suggestion: maybe Turkish coffee in addition to / instead of instant coffee for breakfast?

Bardzo miło spędzony czas, bezpiecznie i czysto.
Pros:

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja do zwiedzania miasta. Obsługa bardzo miła na najwyższym poziomie. Pozwolono zaparkować motocykl w bezpiecznym garażu. Śniadania , czystość również na wysokim poziomie. To był bardzo miło spędzony czas.POLECAM

Not good for holidays
Cons:

The room was ugly, the sheets had hair from other people so I had to sleep (or try to) over the duvet, the mattress was in bad condition, there was noise from the street all night and the area is not good. I decided to drop my booking and find another hotel after first night.

Pros:

Hôtel proche du métro (liaison facile avec l'aéroport) et pratique pour visiter Istanbul. Personnel très sympathique qui a bien voulu garder nos bagages le dernier jour avant qu'on retourne à l'aéroport.
Nous avons aussi apprécié le calme de l'hôtel et le petit déjeuner copieux.

Cons:

Un peu plus de fruits frais au petit déjeuner aurait été appréciable.

Cependant, plusieurs aspects ne sont pas à la hauteur du classement annoncé. Le décor est ancien et mériterait une rénovation. La chambre souffre d’une isolation phonique insuffisante (bruits des voisins audibles), d’une ventilation limitée dans les sanitaires, ainsi que d’un service de ménage peu régulier (seulement deux passages en 7 jours).

Le petit-déjeuner est correct mais manque clairement de variété, avec une offre identique chaque jour.

Dans l’ensemble, l’expérience reste mitigée et ne correspond pas, selon moi, au niveau attendu pour un hôtel 3 étoiles ni au tarif proposé
