Buen apartamento para visitar la ciudad.
Pros:

Me gustó la ubicación, el apartamento está muy bien equipado, camas muy cómodas, instalaciones nuevas...

Cons:

No hay persianas en las ventanas y las cortinas no son totalmente opacas. Podrían mejorar la limpieza de la zona del baño, en las baldosas había salpicaduras que no eran nuestras.
No se puede reservar el parking, recomiendo coger uno a parte.
Hay una lavadora, creo que deberían poner lavasecadora o algo para tender.

Excellent appart hôtel proche de tout
Pros:

Le confort, le style, l’espace dans la chambre, la petite terrasse intérieure.
Cuisine bien équipée
La propreté
La disponibilité du personnel
Le petit dej en face dans une cafétéria mais très bon. Il faudra prévoir de sortir de l’hôtel et de marcher 20m.
Pour se garer je vous conseille de prendre le parking payant avec place attitrée car difficile de se garer dans la rue avec des contrôles récurrents.

Very comfortable stay , would definitely stay again.
Pros:

Very spacious apartment, loved having secured 24/7 access via passcodes. The apartment had a washer but no dryer or drying rack. The kitchen had most appliances/supplies needed. The shower was good and had good pressure, spacious bathroom. The bed was very comfortable.

Cons:

The kitchen lacked a couple items: wine opener and strainer.
We stayed on the first floor, there’s was a bit of noise from construction in the morning. But was surprisingly quiet being on the ground floor. It’s a couple roads back from the main road.
The staff never seem to be around.

Pros:

posizione ottima per visitare il centro di Granada a piedi. la colazione presso l'Eco Hostel di fronte ottima. Appartamento per 2 persone attrezzato con utensileria da cucina e biancheria da bagno in numero di 2 pezzi per )tipo (2 bicchieri, 2 cucchiaini, 2 tazzine, etc). Cucina attrezzata con elettrodomestici (piastre, microonde, bollitore, ecc.) ma non sufficientemente per la pulizia (solo un pochino di sapone per piatti). Comodo servizio rifacimento camera giornaliero.

Cons:

All'arrivo (ore 18:00 del giovedì) nessuno in reception. Mandano una mail con le istruzioni e... ti arrangi. Impossibile fermarsi in sosta dove indicato. Per ottenere il parcheggio bisogna recarsi presso un altro hotel della catena (non lontano) ma lasciando l'auto in mezzo alla strada per il tempo necessario alle pratiche. L'appartamento assegnato era a piano terra con la porta direttamente nella hall, senza insonorizzazione alcuna. Dalla stanza si sente tutto ciò che avviene all'ingresso della struttura e vice versa, comprese le continue telefonate della receptionist (quanbdo presente), privando gli ospiti della necessaria intimità. Nell'appartamento mancava la luce naturale perché una finestra era verso la strada e l'altra verso un cortile interno di un condominio perdendo ogni tipo di privacy all'apertura delle tende. Rumori continui probabilmente dal condominio fino a tarda notte, e rumori di gente in strada a qualsiasi ora.
