閑散期コスパ良し
Pros:

シーズンオフでお安かった。
住宅地にあるので周囲は静か。
寝るだけならコスパ良し。
フロントが無人なので人目を気にせずチェックイン＆チェックアウトが出来る。
フロント横のタオルが置いてある所に電子レンジが置いてあった気がする……よく覚えてない。
湯船につかれるのは疲れがとれるのでありがたい。
シャワーの水圧は強め。
バスタオル、フェイスタオル、タオル地のバスマット、歯ブラシ、くし、カミソリ、使い捨てタイプの部屋履きスリッパ、ドライヤー、予備のトイレットペーパー、ハンガー、湯沸かしポット、Wi-Fi、エアコン、冷蔵庫有り。

Cons:

フロントが無人なので何かあった時が不安ではある。
椅子がガタガタで壊れかけてる。壁に穴。カーペットにシミ。エアコンの音がひたすらうるさい。ベッドのスプリングが座ったり寝返りの度にキシキシいう。
奥行きの無いテーブルの上にテレビが設置してあるので食事しながらとかだとテレビが近すぎて見づらい。
寝間着は無い。
ホテルまでの夜道が何回か利用してても未だに暗くて怖い（←ホテルのせいでは無い。仕方がない）

何もトラブルなかったので終わりよければ全てよし

スタッフが不在なのが少し不安でした。
スタッフ不在のホテルは初めてで自身のなまえの入力が間違っていたので番号が分からず、しばらくスマホと奮闘しました。

値段相応ですがもう少し高くても眠りやすいホテルが良かった
Pros:

コンパクトでしたがエントランスやバスルームは綺麗でした

ベッドが壁に固定されてなくて土台も安定せず動くと揺れて眠りづらかったです
