A very comfortable attractive modern apartment in a small apartment hotel with great facilities, staff and location.
Pros:

Excellent large modern tidy apartment room layout and accommodations in a new modern apartment hotel building in Kyoto; great responsive staff; great bathroom and shower; very good small kitchen with pots pans dishes; bright and airy; very comfortable twin beds (plus bunk beds we did not use). Great for long stays of a week or more. Wonderful location near Kamogawa River, city bus routes, grocery store around the corner, lots of eateries nearby. Onsite laundry washer&dryer a blessing.

Cons:

WiFi was spotty at times (mostly fast but then would cut out then return); Dinner table seat pads were too soft for comfortable dining or relaxing for over 20 minutes; AC hard to adjust at times.

The location was perfect for getting to train stations, restaurants, and sites!

The room was very big and fit our family of 4 adults very well. We liked having a kitchen and 2 toilets. Amazing shower!

Beautiful neat apartment in a great location in kyoto
Pros:

Was a great location with lots of little shops and stores around. Walking distance from places like teamlabs. We were lucky enough to have a beautiful view from our room also!

Cons:

We had this issue all over Japan but the Laundry room was always packed and dryers are very weak so took a long time to try and dry a load of washing was the only downside

リビングのソファーがちょっと残念でした

・スタッフがいつも笑顔で親切でした。
・水回りも清潔でよかったです。
・スーパーが近く便利でした。

Cons:

・リビングのソファーがヘタっていて座ると沈むし、前方にずれて大変座りにくかったです。
またテーブルとソファーは壁に固定されているので、片方からしか座れず奥に入るのに立ち座りが面倒でした。横面に可動式の椅子があればいいなと思いました。

・窓が少なく閉鎖感を感じました。

・お風呂は清潔でしたが、椅子が欲しいなぁと感じました。

Great medium-budget hotel for families
Pros:

Very friendly and helpful staff. Mimaru baggage delivery makes travel easy. Plenty washing machines and dryers with option of either cash or cashless. Spacious room with affordable price.

Cons:

The carpet starting from the hallway up to room were a bit smelly. A few areas in the room were not that clean (accumulated dusts). We don't really like that all of the beds have wheels so they got easily moved unintentionally - especially bad for people who have a bit OCD.

Stay was great place for family as room were large

Location of property was amazing

Cons:

The smell of the rooms. It always smelt. Had to have air humidifier on always when we were in the room as the musky smell became quite bad.
