Charming, quirky, convenient place to stay in Brasov
Pros:

Great location, in downtown. Very clean. Very chic, charming, modern outlook. Unique view of Dealul Tampa. Kind and patient host.

Cons:

Steep stairs, hard to carry luggage. Not recommended for seniors and families with little kids. A little difficult to navigate the check-in process, unless you are tech savvy, so you may need support from the host.

La posizione è proprio in città, noi avevamo la camera proprio davanti alla scritta quindi stupenda

Entspannung und Klasse auf hohem Niveau, einfach genial
Pros:

Die Lage ist Perfekt man befindet sich inmitten der Altstadt, umgeben von tollen Restaurants.
Die Zimmer sind sehr luxuriös ausgestattet und lassen keine Wünsche übrig.

Cons:

Das Einchecken mit Code und App gestaltete sich etwas mühsam, das liegt aber wahrscheinlich an meinem Alter meine Kinder hätten damit keine Mühe gehabt.

Good potential, great design, needs some finishing touches
Pros:

The building is beautiful but not fully renovated
The location is very central but very loud
The design of the apartment is very nice but not perfectly maintained

Cons:

Location is above 2 bars which means it's loud until 3 a.m. and starting 5 a.m. again when supplies are delivered (bottles, cans etc.)
The access to the apartment is stairs only then over an inner courtyard filled with clutter and garbage, not recommended for fear of heights.
Hygiene could be better maintained, there's a hole above the toilet that could be fixed, shower has some mold and leaks, AC is loud, no sound proof, doors and people from the other apartments are clearly audible.

Pros:

Apartament superb, aproape de centrul vechi al orașului. Clădire istorica, renovata minunat. Atenție la detalii, ca totul sa arate minunat. Raport calitate -preț, in favoarea calității.

Cons:

Nu este cazul. Micile "scapari" spectru noi au fost neimportante.
