The location
The building too old, feels old and need repairs. The set up of elevator is so weird that you need to go up in 2nd flr to use it. The elevator smells like a feet, I know it’s raining but as part of hospitality they should be ready for the foul smell. The door in our room is not working properly it can’t be unlocked from the key card. Reported it thrice but no action from the staff. If you’re claustrophobic the room has no window it can be scary
Cheap - I should have known better.
Dirty room - sheets were clean but that was about all that was. A/C unit wouldn’t turn on, tiles in bathroom were missing, shower head was broken.
Hallways and common areas were being used as storage space.
Security was rude to my privately employed driver insisting he park elsewhere (not in hotel parking), regardless of the fact he was only there for 5 mins to collect and load luggage.
