Very attractive and neat hotel with a beautiful roof swimming pool
Pros:

The facility to drop us off at the airport and also at the beach is an excellent touch

Cons:

Maybe communicate information on all the hotel facilities and other extra services, e.g., the spa, times of the bus to the beach, upon arrival to guests and indicate to guests that they have to book these in advance.

A great first night in Thailand!
Pros:

Clean, convenient, good breakfast. We arrived to Phuket airport late, the free pick up was great and we were in our room very quickly. The hotel was quiet and we all slept well before we travelled on the next day.

Cons:

The surrounding area is not very interesting, but we could walk to the 7/11 for supplies.

Great location to rest after a late flight. I wish we'd had the time to book an extra night, as the pool and room were both really lovely. I will definitely stay again. We were also able to check in late, and a 7/11 nearby for late night snacks. Also easily in walking distance from the airport, and the staff were very nice and accommodating.

Cons:

The only thing is that the A/C was quite dusty, and it's too hot not to have it on overnight. It wasn't a big deal at all, but it did make my throat a bit sore in the morning.

Sexy n cute hotel with comfy beds n great staff hotel close to the airport

This hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The staff were incredibly friendly, especially the manager, Dao, who went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. The room was spacious and clean, with spotless toilets. The cleaning staff Som and bar staff Ice, were also very friendly and helpful. Overall, it was worth every penny.

When asked extra pillow. The staff said no extra pillow
