La falta de aire acondicionado. Hacía una calor horrorosa en el apartamento y solo había un pequeño ventilador con una medida de una mano. El alojamiento no está acondicionado para el calor. Además de ello, como teníamos que dormir con las ventanas abiertas por el calor, el ruido del tránsito constante de los coches y autobuses era algo molesto. Asimismo el baño estaba un poco sucio.

WiFi was poor. Unfortunately located close to a very busy intersection so noisy. And a sun-trap so probably nice in winter, but very uncomfortable in a heat wave.

Quite cramped bathroom. The basement wasnt great, somewhat humid and smelly, I would not be able to sleep there. Providing some toiletries or washing liquid for dishes would have been nice.

The windows were not open when I arrived, so it took some time to get some air in and the bed was as an annoying sqeeky wheel every time I turned.

Entry to the flat was very difficult. The first stage, which was opening the door to the block by an entry code, was fine. However, the next stage was very difficult. The key to the flat was in a key safe with another code, but despite following the instructions carefully I was unable to open the key safe for 10 minutes and broke a fingernail in the process. Eventually it fell open but I have no idea why or how this happened when it did. I was supposed to open the key safe again at the end of the stay to put the key in it, but despite trying again for 10 minutes I was unable to do so. I had to leave the key on a ledge below the row of key safes, and was threatened with a key replacement charge of over £100. After two telephone calls I explained where I had left the key and so far as I know i will not now be charged. A couple who arrived when I was leaving were also unable to open their key safe.

The flat itself was clean but very bare, and the bed was a few inches from the floor with a very narrow gap between the bed and the bedside ledge which made it difficult to get into bed.

Very hot inside the room, no good fan or cooling system. Internet disconnected @12.30pm

It would have been great if some washing powder/detergent was available but we simply bought it from the nearby supermarket.

We happened to visit during the heatwave and it would have been great if there was a slightly larger fan but it wouldnt have been an issue otherwise.

The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed, except for pans. That was a little disappointing. The room is not spacious, but is was ok for the short stay.

Very narrow winding stairs very difficult to manage with a large suitcase
The room is small the toilet/shower room very small
Kitchen tiny inside the small room
The noise from the street is day and night 24/7 and as there is no aircon you have to open the windows
I haven’t stayed during the hottest days but I would definitely recommend to avoid it at all cost
There is no staff at the hotel
You pick up a key and leave it when you leave
Very basic facilities

Il manquerait peut-être des lampes de chevet. De plus, il est urgent de changer le tiroir ḍu meuble de salle de bain qui s'est bien dégradé en un an.
