Exceptional Staff
Pros:

We appreciated the number of elevators available. Normally it's a chore to wait for elevators in these busy types of hotels, but because of the number of elevators in this hotel, the wait was never longer than a minute. Additionally, we liked the range of stores within the hotel itself. The car park was also free and incredibly convenient to use. The staff were lovely and very patient with us, who did not expect our order off Amazon to come in multiple (annoying) packages. The staff of Prince Hotel made our stay exceptional.

Cons:

The public baths (spa) in the hotel had an extra cost. Not of a couple extra dollars, but 1000 yen extra (10 dollars for us). It felt like literally anything other than bare minimum incurred an extra cost. Also the aircon was very weak and it was very warm in Hokkaido when we were there. It just wouldn't go any colder which made the rooms a bit unpleasant.

Pros:

部屋の設備もよく、ホテル野スタッフもとても丁寧だった、朝食最高に美味しかった

Cons:

駅から少し歩くところ。歩けますけど、たまたま角度的に見えなくて探しました

観光・レジャー向きのホテル
Pros:

スタッフはみなさんとても良い印象でした。馴れ馴れしいわけではなくフレンドリーで、機転を効かせた対応にもとても満足しました。
ツインルームでしたが、広さは十分。窓が大きくて彩光がしっかり確保されているのもプラス。

Cons:

部屋の掃除が少し気になりました。ベッドカバーやバスマットに長い髪の毛が落ちているのが目に付いて、こりゃ気付くだろう、と。
朝食のブッフェも日替りの北海道らしい逸品がひとつあると嬉しいです。
札幌駅やすすきのから少し距離があるので、若干不便さは否めません。

Pros:

部屋は清潔感があり広々していて、キャリケースを広げる場所もしっかりあった。椅子も多くてよかった。またフェイスタオルとバスタオルの他、ハンドタオルがあるのがよかった。

Great stay in Sapporo
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and keen to help us out. There was an English speaking person available to greet us and during our stay. The free shuttle bus was very useful. We loved using the onsen and massage chair. Having shopping on-site especially the convenience store was amazing for our busy schedule and didn't restrict our activities. We would highly recommend Princes Hotels.

Cons:

Occasionally very busy with large groups checking in.

Pros:

スタッフの皆さんの対応はさすがプリンスホテル！と思いました。
部屋に荷物運んで下さった方は私の部屋に荷物入れる時、靴脱いで驚きました。
帰りもタクシーに荷物入れるの手伝って下さって（別のスタッフ）本当に素晴らしいです。

繁華街に近く、食事に困らない。札幌の観光拠点には申し分なし。
Pros:

朝食は素晴らしかったが、部屋がツインにしては狭かったのが残念。

Cons:

アメニティが歯ブラシのみというのは残念だった。髭剃りをフロントのコンビニで買ったが使い捨てがなく、数百円もした。
