Great location, huge rooms on Club floor
Pros:

We were upgraded to Club levels so the rooms were large and comfortable

Cons:

Lol I took a glass to another room for a drink. My glass was never replaced, I had to go get the glass back from the other room.
Are there many glass pinchers?
Breakfast was good enough, but not very imaginative as we stayed for 5 nights. There was no change at all in the spread.

Pros:

スタッフも親切で優しい。
お部屋の窓が大きいのが好き。
ロケーションも良い。
孫と泊まったらベッドの配慮や子供用スリッパと歯ブラシを準備してくれてありがたかった。

Cons:

以前は気にならなかったけど、今回は インバウンドの多さ。 外国人が多すぎて、いつもロビーにわんさか外国人がたむろしているのが、うるさいというか、以前の札幌プリンスホテルの静かな優雅な雰囲気ではなくなっていて残念。

Pros:

Hotel bem localizado, próximo a diversos pontos turísticos e ainda tem o serviço de suttle bus até a estação de trem.

Cons:

Fiz uma reserva de 4 noites inicialmente mas ainda no prazo de alteração solicitei 3 dias que foi negado pelo hotel, então acabei perdendo uma diária.

Un hotel bonito arquitectónicamente hablando.
Trato del personal bastante amable.
Tiene tiendas dentro. Incluído un 7-eleven.
Por el precio, no estaba mal.

Cons:

La habitación pese a tener 20 m2 no estaba bien distribuida y no era tan amplia como desearía.
El inodoro parecía limpio pero tenía excesiva suciedad por dentro en la parte de arriba (la que no se ve).

上層階から市街が一望できる
ホテルマンの適切な対応
イラっとするようなエレベーター待ちがない

Cons:

お部屋にコーヒーカップがなく小さな湯呑みとお茶のみで持ち込んだドリップコーヒが飲めなかった
朝ビュッフェが3日間ほぼ同メニューで料理も減少しワクワク感はなくなった
連泊しないインバウンド客や初北海道の方なら満足するだろうが、昨年までを知っているリピーターならコスト削減を実感するレベル

寬廣的視野，便利的機場交通，以後有機會的話會再入住

早餐很讚！現烤現做的大可頌連吃了4天，四月底櫻花季能用便宜的價位入住五星級酒店，覺得物超所值
