I was very disappointed as I have stayed many times in Lawlors and have have had satisfactory visits
Cons:

the room was too hot and there was no window to open.
Had the full irish breakfast, food not good the hash browns save the day

Hotel absolutely stunning , located in amazing area. Unfortunately stuff is massive let down , 90% of folk are not interested in customers whatsoever, I belive there should be stuff meeting regarding this. Waiting hour fo drink , being ignored few times aswell. Stuff treated this place like social gatherings not job. They were busy entertaining one other more than helping customers. Only 2 folk where absolute lovely and I forgot their name both were working at lobby bar.

Ignorance off stuff, luck of interest in their job.

Pros:

Top Hotel exceeded our expectations.
Pros:

We loved everything about Lawlors Hotel. From the moment we were warmly greeted and welcomed by the young lady at check-in who provided us with everything we needed to know. We were given information on parking, breakfast times, bars for bar food etc. Absolutely beautiful hotel, our room was huge with the comfiest bed I've ever slept in, huge bathroom with shower, plush towels, toiletries etc. Tea and coffee making facilities, iron and ironing board, hair dryer and my saviour of a desk top fan (which was definitely needed) Breakfast was a buffet style and was fresh and warm, a vast choice of cereals, full Irish breakfast, smoothies, juices, breads including wheaten bread and pastries. You'll definitely not go hungry. Every member of the breakfast staff were friendly, helpful and nothing was too much for them. I would highly recommend Lawlors Hotel and I hope to return in the future.

Overpriced for a 1 night stay.
Pros:

The hotel was centrally located.

Cons:

The duvet was too heavy for the time of year. We got food on Saturday evening and the waiter who brought mine just barely put it on the table.

The hotel and staff are lovely,food good also.

Cons:

The location of the room in the extension was very far ..we are of the age where that matters .the noise was another problem. We could not open the window because of the loud air-conditioning unit outside..
