Pros:

Место просто супер.Чисто,уютно .Близко к центру, транспорт,магазины,места ,где можно покушать,выпить кофе.А снобим,всегда мало .Большое спасибо владельцам и работникам.Обьязательно вернусь туда.

Pros:

Geçen yıl yazında burada konaklamıştım, merkeze yakınlığı, tüm imkanların elinizin altında olması, metro ve tramvaya bir iki adım mesafede olması gibi bir çok avantajı var. Geçen yılda daire çok temizdi bu yılda aynı şekilde tertemizdi. Bulaşık süngeri bile yeni konuluyor her gitmeye. Önümüzdeki yılda yine aynı yerde konaklayacağım.

Great experience
Pros:

The location was excellent, with tram and metro stations nearby and several attractions within walking distance. There were also plenty of restaurants and cafés in the surrounding area.

Inside, everything was spotless, well-organized, and thoughtfully equipped. Our studio had everything needed for a comfortable long-term stay, even though we were only there for a short visit. It was quiet, comfortable, and provided a great overall experience. We were very happy with our stay and would gladly recommend it.

Pros:

Great hotel, great location, great staff. I always stay here when I am in Prague.

Cons:

I wish there were a small couch or even an armchair in the superior room. That is the only inconvenience. The deluxe suite does have a couch, but it is much bigger and much more expensive.

Casa completa di tutto in zona ideale per mezzi e servizi: inevitabile qualche rumore di troppo
Pros:

Posizione ideale per visitare Praga, fermate di metro e tram letteralmente sotto casa e ampissima scelta in zona di locali per tutti i pasti della giornata.

Appartamento molto spazioso e completo di tutto il necessario, non manca davvero nulla, e di diversi comfort come forno a microonde, lavatrice, piano a induzione.

Nessun problema con il check-in a distanza (codici e keycards perfetti), col check-out e con il deposito bagagli.

Tutto è filato liscio e la posizione ottima e l'alloggio spazioso fanno venire voglia di tornare in camera, è come avere un proprio comodo appoggio in città.

Cons:

Sinteticamente non abbiamo dormito benissimo: la zona è davvero rumorosa, su una grande arteria cittadina dove corrono ambulanze e mezzi di emergenza/soccorso, nonché molti bus. Inoltre è complicato avere il buio completo, al mattino d'estate arriva tanta luce anche molto presto nonostante gli sforzi. Su questo la gestione può poco o nulla.

Il letto matrimoniale era composto da due singoli uniti ed erano leggermente sfalsati, un poco rigidi per le nostre abitudini.

Negli spazi comuni (pianerottolo, scale, ascensore) non è raro che ci siano odori poco gradevoli dalle cucine adiacenti.

Gli orari della Reception non sono sempre rigorosamente rispettati (per noi nessun problema, ma abbiamo incrociato altri ospiti in attesa dell'apertura dopo le 9).

Comfortable and relaxing place to stay in Prague.
Pros:

Location was good. It was near a major metro and tram stop. There were also stores and a Paul Bakery right there. The apartment we were given was quite large. Loved having as washing machine as we had just come from a river cruise. The kitchen has everything you need.

Cons:

I really cannot think of any negatives regarding this property.

Great option to explore the city
Pros:

The place is like 10 minutes' walk from old town city center, it's quiet neighborhood. The room was having everything you might need even you want to prepare your own food. Great advantage is the elevator, taking the luggage all the way up to the 4th floor would have been a challenge. Self-check-in was easy and there was proper clear communication.

Cons:

Nothing major to mention, maybe the cleaning is done every 7 days, but it was not a real issue to us as most of the time we were out and didn't create so much mess, at least towels were changed every three days.
