Duża przestrzeń. Recepcjonista pozwolił nam się zameldować 4h wcześniej. To było bardzo miłe.

Ideal para una pareja o familias con un niño, buena ubicación y muy limpio y amplio.
Pros:

Muy amplio el estudio superior, con una entrada con perchas para dejar bolsos y chaquetas. Las camas grandes y cómodas, la cocina independiente del dormitorio con lo necesario. La ubicación al lado del metro o tranvía y andando al centro en 20 minutos. Además muy limpio todo.

Cons:

Las almohadas eran muy bajas y la calle donde está ubicado es muy ruidosa, aunque la habitación tiene doble ventana.

Huom. Henkilöt, joilla on liikkumisen kanssa vaikeuksia esim. portaiden nousu, en suosittele majoittumista. Ilmoitetaan, että on hissi, mutta joudut myös käyttämään heti portaita , monta päästäksesi hissille, ja sekin menee vain parin kerroksen välin, ,ja.joudit taas käyttämään portaita.

Výborné ubytovanie, kvalita zo všetkých uhlov pohľadu, moderne vybavený podkrovný apartmán.
Pros:

Lokalita výborná, blízka stanica metra, zastávka električky, všetko bolo zabezpečené ako bolo v popise, čisto, s klímou, odhlučnené, odporúčam.

Cons:

Jediný problém nastal v sobotu večer - nejakí motorkári sa vyrojili na I.P. Pavlova a aj keď okná boli odhlučnené, bolo ich počuť, netrvalo to ale dlho - cca 30minút, zrejme zasiahla polícia.
Jediný výhľad sme mali na oblaky - ale keď máte podkrovnú izbu a strešné okná, tak to inak ani nejde, takže OK.

понравилось месторасположение. очень вежливый и отзывчивый персонал. удобная и тихая комната.

Cons:

унитаз установлен в очень не удобно месте. погасло электричество в номере, на удачу на ресепшен ещё был работник. иначе были бы без света до утра.

房間很大很舒適 廚房配備齊全 抽油煙機不錯至少油煙味侷限在廚房沒有飄去臥室

Pros:

Ótima localização, ao lado da estação de metrô e tram, e com uma padaria maravilhosa bem próximo (Paul). Para quem gosta de uma boa e agradável caminhada, dá pra ir e voltar a pé das principais atrações (tem um pouco de subida na volta). Nós nos sentimos bem seguros por lá. O apartamento é amplo (acessível por elevador e mais alguns degraus), com espaço excelente para deixar malas, vários locais para apoiar bolsas e pendurar roupas, guarda-roupas grande com vários cabides, cozinha completa e tudo o mais que se precisa durante uma viagem (secador de cabelos, maquina de lavar roupas, sabão em cápsulas, ferro, tábua de passar roupas e um pequeno varal). Tem camas enormes com 2 travesseiros cada e almofadas, cafeteira com algumas cápsulas de cortesia, wc com produtos de higiene pessoal de boa qualidade, utensílios domésticos e roupa de cama e banho tb de excelente qualidade. Enfim, é bem condizente com as fotos do site e com a boa nota de avaliação do Booking. Além disso, tem a recepção no prédio que funciona em horário comercial, que pode ajudar em eventualidades. MAS O QUE MAIS ME IMPRESSIONOU foi o esforço, a prestatividade e a honestidade dos funcionários: esquecemos uma bolsinha com todos os nossos cartões físicos e não percebemos, mas eles encontraram durante a limpeza do apartamento (após nossa saída), entraram em contato para nos avisar e ainda nos auxiliaram muito para viabilizar os devidos cancelamentos, pois não tínhamos como voltar para pegá-los. Esse nosso descuido poderia ter arruinado nossa viagem, mas os funcionários nos salvaram. Só tenho a agradecer Daniil e equipe.

Pros:

Tout. Chambre exposée à l'intérieur de l'immeuble et non pas à la rue, c'est très calme. Très spacieuse, et tout proche de métro et tram... bien décoré.
Tout est agencé pour mettre les visiteurs confortables

Cons:

La seule et petite reproche serait le type de capsules café expresso. J'en ai emmené mais ça ne marche pas et l'hôte nous donne seulement 2 capsules pour 3 nuits
