Flink og smilende vært
Pros:

Værten på stedet var meget imødekomme smilende og gjorde alt for at man skulle føle sig til velkommen.

Cons:

Vi troede der var et lille køkken i vores lejlighed, men det var der desværre ikke kun en kaffe maskine og en el kedel.

Die Freundlichkeit der Vermietung!
Als wir den Wunsch nach einer Kaffeemaschine äußerten, bekamen wir eine!
Ein tolles Appartment in perfekter Lage zu Tram, S-Bahn und Bus, dazu ein kostenfreier Parkplatz.
Der gemütliche Sitzplatz mit Tisch, zwei Stühlen und Sonnenschirm direkt vor der Tür.
Das Appartment hatte eine coole, moderne Zimmerbeleuchtung!

Pros:

Wir sind öfters mal in Rostock und haben schon einige Unterkünfte ausprobiert. Dies war mit Abstand die Beste. Einerseits war es sehr günstig für die Nähe zur Ostsee und so kurz vor der Ferienzeit und andererseits hat man dort alles an Ausstattung was man braucht. Die Klimaanlage war bei dem sehr warmen Tagen ein absoluter Segen und auch ein kostenloser Parkplatz stand zur Verfügung. Die Bahn in der Nähe haben wir nicht gehört, für uns war es also sehr ruhig.
Die Lage ist auch top. Mit der S-Bahn ist man auch schnell in Warnemünde oder mit der Bahn in der Innenstadt. Besten Dank!

Cons:

Nichts, es war alles top und wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder dort buchen.

Pros:

Olin täällä jo toista kertaa ja tulen jatkossakin. Sijainti on hyvä: lähikauppa kävelymatkan päässä, lyhyehkö matka keskustaan, julkisilla näppärä kulkea ja seisake lähellä (myös junayhteys Warnemündeen). Huone oli siisti ja hyvin varusteltu (mm. minikeittiö, jääkaappi, pimennysverhot), myös ilmastointi oli erinomainen. Pyydettäessä saa mikron käyttöön. Henkilökunta on aina todella ystävällistä! Alles war super, bis zum nächsten Mal!

Gut aufgehoben in guter Lage
Pros:

Wie von vielen Gästen bereits bereits bewertet, kann ich die perfekte zentrale Lage zwischen City und Warnemünde bestätigen. Sowohl als Bahnreisender als auch als Autofahrer bestens angebunden. Die Anlage ist ruhig (auch zur Bahnseite hin) und die Kommunikation sowie die Begegnung mit Familie Brunner waren sehr herzlich. Für meinen Aufenthalt gab es nichts zu monieren, bin mir aber sicher, dass bei Problemen Familie Brunner wirklich für Alles eine Lösung findet. Ich hatte für meinen 3-tägigen Aufenthalt das Comfort Apartment mit Klimaanlage (was für ein Segen) bezogen. Für diesen Zeitraum ein gelungener Aufenthaltsort. Für einen nächsten und längeren Besuch würde ich auch einmal eines der anderen FeWo unter die Lupe nehmen.
