Sympathisch, freundlich, gut eingerichtet - so macht der Urlaub Spaß.
Pros:

Die Ausstattung der Ferienwohnung war sehr gut. In der Küche und im Bad war alles vorhanden, was man so braucht. Das Bett war bequem, die Bettwäsche hübsch und sauber. Das Zimmer konnte mit einer Klimaanlage gekühlt werden, was sehr angenehm war. Frau Brunner ist eine ausnehmend freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieterin, auf die man sicher mit allen Anliegen zukommen kann (Wir hatten keines :-)). Die gesamt Anlage wirkte gepflegt. Wir kommen gerne bei Gelegenheit wieder.

Cons:

Für meine Anmerkung ist das nicht ganz die korrekte Kategorie, aber ich hätte einen Hinweis für die Vermieter:
Wenn man zu zweit ein paar Tage Urlaub macht, hat man einige Sachen dabei. Ein etwas größerer Schrank, um nicht aus dem Koffer leben zu müssen, wäre daher schön. Zumal der vorhandene Schrank noch durch Kissen und Betten belegt ist, die freundlicher Weise zum Austausch zur Verfügung gestellt werden, was wir grundsätzlich sehr gut fanden.

Also, wie geschrieben: Ist als Hinweis und keinesfalls als Kritik gemeint.

Alles top, sehr praktisch eingerichtet, Klimaanlage (ein extra Genuss bei 35-36 Grad),
Lage an der S-Bahn sehr gut vom HBF zu erreichen, bequeme Betten, ausreichend Platz

Für einen Städtetrip nach Rostock die ideale Unterkunft!
Pros:

Super zentrale Lage und trotzdem ganz ruhig. Sind mit dem Rad unterwegs gewesen und überall gut hingekommen. Für die Räder gibt es eine kleine abschließbare Garage. Das Zimmer war mit Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher und Geschirr ausgestattet, so dass wir auf der kleinen Terrasse frühstücken konnten. Das Bett ist komfortabel, Mehrfachstecker zum schnellen Aufladen von Handy und Akkus sehr praktisch. Der Service ist überdurchschnittlich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir bekamen tolle Tipps für Unternehmungen, eine Wäscheladung auf`s Haus und konnten früher einchecken. Alles top!

Super Zeit mit der Familie
Pros:

Ferienhaus gut ausgestattet, super Lage - in der Nähe von einem S-Bahn Bahnhof plus Tram und Bus Stopp. Só kann man direkt nach Warnemünde sowie zum Zoo direkt fahren. Außerdem ein schönen botanischen Garten befindet sich innerhalb 5 Minuten vom Haus entfernt. Ein Einkauszentrum mit Rossmann, Edeka, Aldi und Imbisse nur 500m entfernt. Die Umgebung war ruhig, also wir konnten als junge Familie sehr gut entspannen. Letztendlich ist die Personal auch sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir werden uns bestimmt dort wieder aufhalten beim nächsten Mal in Rostock!
