Toller Kontakt im Vorfeld, herzliche Begrüßung am Anreisetag und auch bei Wünschen wurde sich direkt gekümmert. Ausstattung des Apartments umfangreicher als beschrieben, es fehlte an nichts, Lage direkt an S-Bahn, Straßenbahn und Bus, dennoch sehr ruhig - im Apartment war so gut wie nichts zu hören selbst bei geöffnetem Fenster. Auch von Zimmernachbarn war nichts zu hören.

Pros:

Super netter und aufmerksamer Empfang. Wir hatten noch ein paar Fragen und Anliegen und alles wurde direkt und ohne Probleme geklärt.
Das Zimmer war für uns top, da wir für ein Konzert nach Rostock gekommen waren. Es lag perfekt zwischen der Konzertlocation und der Innenstadt, sodass alles auch gut zu Fuß machbar wäre. Wir haben allerdings die Straßenbahn genutzt, die super schnell erreichbar war.

Pros:

Herr Brunner hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen. Parkplatz kostenlos direkt vorm Haus . Das Apartment war gemütlich eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet um sich wohl zu fühlen. Alles war sehr sauber. Besonders möchte ich das super gemütliche Bett, die Kissen und die Decke erwähnen. Ich hab geschlafen wie in einer Wolke. Selbst die direkt hinterm Grundstück verlaufende Bahnstrecke hat null gestört, da alles gut schallisoliert ist. Uns hat es bei unserem Aufenthalt an nichts gemangelt, aber ich bin mir sicher das Herr Brunner jeglichen Mangel der auftreten könnte, sofort und herzlich lösen kann. Diese Präsenz und Herzlichkeit findet man nicht überall.
Wir kommen gern wieder.

Uns hat sehr die Gemütlichkeit des Zimmers gefallen. Man hat sich gleich wohl gefühlt.

Cons:

Es gab tatsächlich eine Kleinigkeit für uns,
Diese Glastür zum Badbereich.
Aber das ist auch für jedermann Ansichtssache.

Alles war super und wir hatten 4 tolle Tage und Nächte in Rostock und dieser Unterkunft.
Pros:

Die Unterkunft hat eine top Lage. 15 min Fußweg zum Ostseestadion, für mich als Hansa Fan geht´s gar nicht besser.
5 min Fußweg zur Straßenbahnhaltestelle und zur S-Bahn Station Hohlbeinplatz, von dort ist man mit der Straßenbahn innerhalb von 15 min in der Innenstadt und mit der S-Bahn in 20 min in Warnemünde.
Alternativ kann man auch immer schön am Wasser entlang bis in die Innenstadt laufen, da ist man so ca. 30 min unterwegs. Das Auto haben wir in den 3 Tagen nicht einmal benutzen müssen, einfach top. Einen PKW-Stellplatz auf dem Hof gibt´s noch dazu. Auch gibt es dort die Möglichkeit sein Elektroauto zu laden.
Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, das Bett war bequem und es hat an nichts gefehlt.
Positiv hervorzuheben ist noch die super nette Gastgeberin, welche uns tolle Tipps gegeben hat um uns mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln in Rostock zurecht zu finden.

Cons:

Es gibt an dieser Unterkunft nichts auszusetzen. Für einen Kurztrip ist es perfekt, allein schon von der Lage her.
Ich kann diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen.
