big room

Location is great, the suites/rooms are clean and well-equipped, and very comfortable.
The Seymour Street side is very loud if you’re on the lower floors.
Hotel isn’t 4 starts . Not clean and don’t offer not complimentary
Excellent location in downtown Vancouver. Spacious one-bedroom unit with all the necessary amenities. Pool area is nice and great to have access to the well-equipped gym.
Parking is expensive and the elevators were more or less out of service the whole time we were there.
Great location, clean accommodations, helpful and friendly staff, great customer service, comfortable beds, fully furnished kitchen, ample space.
None
Comfortable, clean, quiet, easy walking distance to Expo train line.
Location and all amenities as we wanted a kitchen! The staff were all outstanding!!
Could use ramp for entry.
Size, condition and cleanliness of the room. The pool was a nice touch, didn’t use the gym. Close to nearby downtown amenities.
Check in stated 4pm, upon arrival we were told it could take, (and did take) longer to prepare the room. Not great when you’re paying for that standard of hotel, also checkout is unreasonably early we found.
Le volume et l’agencement des pièces
There is a pool option and Jakuzi also rooms are wide and balcony like a dream they think everything kinda studio plus stuff was smiley and happy
L’habitació molt xula i ben equipada. La piscina molt bé. El gimnàs molt bé. Personal molt agradable.
És una àrea molt sorollosa degut el trànsit de vehicles.
Great location, very easy to get to from the airport by car. The room was well appointed and comfortable. Having access to the washer and dryer was a real plus. The kitchen is well equiped for making breakfast and a light dinner. The dishwasher was very handy, though a little on the small side.
The bathroom was a bit small, especially the combined bath/shower which is raised above the bathroom floor and would present a challenge for someone who was older or experienced mobility challenges.
I did recieve some inconsistent information from reception staff about luggage storage (one member of staff advised that it would cost $25 to store a suitcase for a week, while another claimed this was the daily fee). The lower price was honoured but the inconsistent information did create some confusion and difficulty.
