Spacious studio in great location
Pros:

Spacious room with balcony and comfortable bed. We were able to check into our room a little early and before that they stored our luggage. They also graciously allowed a little later checkout and then stored our luggage in the afternoon. (We stayed only one night after very early am arrival from cruise ship and then had a very late red eye flight out the next day.). Staff always available and always helpful. Convenient location downtown.

Well situated accommodation close to main attractions
Pros:

Property was well situated close to transport links and a great base to explore Vancouver. Originally allocated a street facing room, the staff were helpful in changing to a quieter room at the rear of the property. Room was comfortable with everything you needed including clothes washing facilities. Beds were comfortable, cooking facilities great.

Cons:

Allocated a room directly opposite the nightclub (open till 3am) despite paying premium rates due to World Cup price surge. It would have been lovely to have a room with a view higher up. According to Booking I had a ‘room upgrade’ but pretty sure I didn’t. Make sure you ask for a quieter room at the rear if you’re sensitive to noise. The reception staff were very good at finding us a quiet room when asked. Only one dishwasher tablet provided. Very late (4pm) check in and very early checkout - I paid extra for earlier checkin at 1pm.

Fantastic location and customer service!
Pros:

The property was in a good location, easily accessible to everything and with amenities nearby. Our apartment was spacious and well kitted out, perfect as a base for our young family. Every single staff member was professional, friendly and really efficient. We loved our interactions with them, from providing small toys for the children to ordering specialist transportation, nothing was too much trouble. We would definitely return when we come back to Vancouver.

Top Appartement in sehr guter Lage
Pros:

Moderne und großzügige Wohnung, sehr komfortabel. Nutzung des Fitnessraums und Pools inkludiert. Der Hot Tub auf dem Rooftop ist genial! Nur wenige Schritte bis zum Zentrum.

Não há limpeza diária, só após seis dias de hospedagem. Nem recolhimento do lixo ou troca de toalhas. Isso prejudica bastante o conforto dos hóspedes.
