Angemessene location mit kleinen Schwächen
Pros:

Das Zimmer war sauber und die Ausstattung war angemessen, wie angekündigt.
Der Safe ist mit eigenem Code verschließbar.

Cons:

Zuerst (es war ein 2-Bett Zimmer gebucht), war das Zimmer korrekt, wie gebucht.
Dann sollte ich das Zimmer wieder verlassen und in den Raum daneben (nur ein großes Bett). Naja, ok.
Dann musste ich 3x wieder zur Info, weil man mit die falsche Karte gegeben hat.
Keinerlei deutsche Sender auffindbar im TV

On the 6th floor and music playing till 1 am to noisey. Also booked an early morning call for early flight and did not receive a call, staff on night duty couldn’t speak English

Unhelpful staff, all round poor hotel.

Cons:

Booked a wheelchair accessible room, didn’t get one.
When booking I called to check it was wheelchair accessible and told was. On arrival I was disappointed to see I was lied too.
I stayed one night as it was too late to find anything different.
I was promised a refund by the manager for the rest of my booking.
Now it is being refused.

I am absolutely disgusted by how I was treated.
And still expect a full refund.

Insgesamt ein sehr schönes und sauberes Hotel.
Pros:

Sehr helles und sauberes Zimmer.
Das Personal ist sehr nett und jederzeit hilfsbereit.
Das Frühstück war auch sehr gut.

Cons:

Etwas laut war es durch die täglichen Partys im Restaurant.
Wenn man das Zimmer direkt darunter hat kann es schon laut werden.

Cons:
