Relaxation paradise
Pros:

Wonderful place for relaxation with green park and front lake location. Friendly staff, spacious room with a lake view ( room 205), great spa, free parking, complementary public transport and a boat trip in Thun. The breakfast is copious, making it particularly enjoyable on the terrace. The food is absolutely delicious in both Swiss and Thai restaurants. The only point for improvement is the absence of air conditioning which makes difficult to sleep in hot summer evenings even if they offer fan in the room. I would definitely come back and recommend this place. Thank you!

Peaceful stay with a view!
Pros:

Peaceful and modern resort against the backdrop of Lake Thun and the alps. Nice amenities including how water and fruits are properly stocked for guest’s use on each floor of the hotel. Food at the restaurant was great and staff was always cheerful and happy to help!

Prachtige locatie maar kamers hebben een update nodig!

Kamer is ruim, locatie is mooi en het personeel is vriendelijk en goed

Cons:

Prijs kwaliteit is wel ondermaats, voor een mega bedrag per nacht verwacht je net wat meer van je kamer. Een oude smart tv zonder opties en klein. Als de prijs de helft was dan was het meer realistisch.

Ook heeft het restaurant weinig variatie, maar het is wel goed!

Excelentes vistas al lago, super confortobla
Pros:

Excelente situación, personal super amable y profesional, cama amplia y muy comoda, buena ducha y en el pasillo de las habitaciones hay amenities: Cafe (Nespresso), te, agua con gas y sin, manzanas, etc. Parking amplio y buen restaurante. El hotel parece nuevo, está muy bien mantenido.
