Disappointing

That it’s newer than the last hotel that I stayed in at Istanbul City.

Cons:

It was not well maintained. Noisy bathroom air vent, unsafe creaking shower glass door and a TV that was not working as the antenna had been ripped out from the wall. And also some QR codes to services were also not working/ downloading properly. The room services food choices were poor. And buffet breakfast the next morning was packed with very hungry and greedy guests who acted like they’ve been in a famine.

Pros:

amazing hotel and the room was excellent and so comfortable.

Cons:

better to have car with you as you cant reach anywhere on foot. Mall of Istanbul appears close on the map but becasue of the highway, it take 10-15 minutes in taxi.

Amazing bed and gym, worst Breakfast ever!
Pros:

The rooms are large and the bed was extremely comfy.

The gym and indoor pool are amazing, this is a professional club setup, not your average hotel gym.

Cons:

The location is dreadful and I mean dreadful, nothing around at all. Very industrial.

The Breakfast is the worst breakfast I’ve ever seen in any hotel, especially a supposed 5* hotel. It was so bad, I can’t even put it in words.

Pros:

Nice hotel with very friendly staff. We had very spacious and clean room, with all necessary appliances. Hotel is located close to medical clinics and big malls, plenty parks to play with kids. Thanks to guys at reception and girls Amelia and Dafnie.

Leider sehr kritisch
Pros:

Lage ist super, immerhin Bett war gemütlich und ein extrem gut ausgestattetes Gym (leider aber erst ab 8 Uhr auf, somit für Berufstätige kaum nutzbar).

Cons:

Extrem unflexibles Personal, forderte sofortige Zahlung des Frühstücks und konnte es nicht auf die Zimmerrechnung setzen, sodass es sehr kompliziert wurde. Abschließend keine Rechnung erhalten.
Zimmer kaputt (ua gefährliche Elektronik) und dreckig, Shampoo und Seife binnen 3 Tagen nicht aufgefüllt.
