باختصار هو اسوأ تجربة لي كسكن في فنادق ولا انصح به أبدا أبدا

الفندق من اسوأ الفنادق اللي مرت علي من معاملة و حل للمشاكل
سكنت فيه 3 ايام ، منها يومين كان هناك مشكلة كبيرة انه الكهرباء تنطفأ بالغرفة و لم يقوموا بحل المشكلة أبدا و تم تقديم شكوى رسمية
بالإضافة ان اول ليلة قاموا بإعطائي غرفة غير نظيفة أبدا ثم قامو بتبديلها
باختصار هو اسوأ تجربة لي كسكن في فنادق ولا انصح به أبدا أبدا

Pros:

Very helpfull, friendly stuff, they did their best to make us feel welcome.
Got us the best possible room. Corner rooms are great, big, a lot of light.

Cons:

The list is very long. The only way to get somewhere is by taxi, or walking 30-60 min. Even to the big mall accross the road. There is nothing around the hotel, constructions, small mall, few fast food places.

Rooms are nice, but noisy if you open the windows.

Breakfast is basic. Pool is very small, but OK for cooling down. All sunbeds are broken, you bring your own towel from the room.

I mean over all it is nowhere close to 5* experience. But as i said, the stuff will to their best ;)

I stayed at Wanda Vista Istanbul for 3 nights, and I can honestly say that I had a wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, everything was perfect, from the comfort of the hotel to the service and the overall atmosphere.

Before coming to the hotel, I was reading the reviews and I became curious to know who Ms. Esra was, because almost every guest was mentioning her and praising her hospitality. After meeting her, I completely understood why. She is a very kind, professional, and warm person who makes guests feel truly welcomed. Her attention, positive attitude, and genuine care made my stay even more special.

I travel to Istanbul often for work, and after this experience, I can say that I would not change Wanda Vista Istanbul for any other hotel. The service, the hospitality, and the way guests are treated are truly on another level.

Thank you Ms. Esra and the entire team for making my stay so comfortable and memorable. I will definitely come back again and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul.

Otelin temizliği, konforu, modern yapısı ve sunduğu olanaklar beklentilerimizin de üzerindeydi. Her detayın misafir memnuniyeti düşünülerek planlandığı çok net hissediliyor.
