Would not stay here. Lot of stairs and in need of renovation badly.
Pros:

Cleaning staff were exceptional hotel very outdated and in need of repair but they did the best they could
View from balcony was wonderful
Second attempt at food was very good. Despite first night being very poor.

Cons:

Hotel is in very poor state so would not say 4 stars more 2/3 at best
They are a lot of stairs and this was not made clear
Some staff speak no English and are in positions where they are engaging with customers.

Struttura carina e camera molto ampia e spaziosa. Punto. Non ho altre note positive da aggiungere: nel complesso, l’esperienza è stata pessima.

Ci vorrebbe un romanzo per elencare tutto ciò che non mi è piaciuto.
Partiamo dal servizio: pessimo e, in diversi momenti, anche poco educato. Le addette alle pulizie entravano in camera senza bussare. In un’occasione ho provato a fermarne una, ma non capiva una parola di inglese ed è entrata direttamente in bagno mentre la mia ragazza era sotto la doccia. Nonostante la situazione, ha continuato tranquillamente il suo lavoro senza nemmeno scusarsi.
Mi sono inoltre lamentato due volte per il cattivo odore proveniente dallo scarico e per la sporcizia lasciata dopo le pulizie, anche perché le addette entravano con scarpe sporche. La prima volta mi sono rivolto a un membro dello staff che sembrava quasi prendere la cosa poco seriamente; la seconda mi è stato assicurato che il problema sarebbe stato risolto. Dopo circa otto ore, però, siamo tornati in camera e non era stato fatto nulla, tanto che ho dovuto rivolgermi a una terza persona per ottenere finalmente un intervento.
La pulizia generale è stata davvero di livello molto basso: diversi ambienti apparivano sporchi e trascurati.
Ma il vero “punto forte” è stata la cena inclusa nella mezza pensione. Onestamente, l’ho trovata quasi improponibile: spesso veniva servita una semplice insalata, a volte composta praticamente solo da lattuga e pomodori, seguita da un unico piatto che in più occasioni abbiamo trovato difficile da mangiare. Anche qui, parte dello staff è risultata poco cortese e con una conoscenza dell’inglese piuttosto limitata.
Infine, l’hotel si affaccia direttamente sul porto, dove durante il nostro soggiorno erano in corso lavori che iniziavano a fare rumore già dalle 7 del mattino.
Nel complesso, per noi è stata un’esperienza davvero pessima. Non tornerei e, sulla base della nostra esperienza, non lo consiglierei.

Left the property immediately and lost all my money , no refund offered!
Cons:

Booked for a refurbished suite advertised on the hotel pictures and ended up checked in in a suite not refurbished, old and tired viewing the noisy new Vlychada port work full of big caterpillars types of working machines.
Was only offered to stay 3 days out of 12 in this room until the one booked would be available!

It was just lovely ❤️
Pros:

Staff members were super kind and helpful, they make guests feel like home:) The hotel is located right above the port and the sunset views are just breathtaking. There is spacious, not that crowded beach right beside the hotel. Food was delicious. Rooms were also very nice including cleaning service everyday.

Pros:

Il posto è davvero bellissimo e la posizione è molto piacevole. Le pulizie sono accettabili, ma purtroppo il servizio ristorazione lascia molto a desiderare.
La colazione è praticamente sempre la stessa, con pochissima scelta: spesso ci sono solo due cose disponibili e, se finiscono, la risposta è semplicemente “domani”.
Sconsiglio assolutamente l’All Inclusive, perché secondo la mia esperienza non vale quello che si paga. Se invece si ordina alla carta, la situazione cambia completamente: il cibo è di qualità decisamente migliore, ma bisogna aspettare davvero tantissimo prima che arrivi.
Per tutti questi motivi do 3 stelle. Personalmente non lo considero un hotel da 4 stelle come viene presentato: per me, 3 stelle sono già tante.
Peccato, perché il posto è davvero bellissimo e con un servizio migliore potrebbe essere un’esperienza molto più piacevole.

Cons:

I camerieri molto sporchi senza una divisa, e mettevo dei affettati con un colore non piacevole.
