Great vacation for families and relaxation.
Pros:

Great facility with excellent team.
We liked everything, the pool, the food was great, the spa is amazing and the team was really nice.

Cons:

The sowers water pressure.

Had a great time, 300 unexpected guests with not enough planning / staff soured the last 2 days.
Pros:

Decor, 90% of the staff especially the restaurant staff and reception, pool area, nice rooms, cleanliness, safe for kids, kids entertainment, food quality and healthy options, overall service, overall upkeep of entire hotel.

Cons:

Gym could be slightly better equipped. 300 guests arriving from a cancelled flight put a massive dent in the last 2 days as could barely get a drink from the bar and the buffet was stressful, bit of a waste being AI. Hotel did give us a late check out and apologised, but should have got more staff in / have backup plans if they run this contract for cancelled flights ie self service bottled water would be a good start. Last niggle - the devices the pool bar staff use hinder their ability to perform their work effectively, almost every drinks round I got was incorrect, and I had to repeat my order multiple times, it seemed to stem from having to put every detail into these devices, turned into a bit of a running joke amongst the guests, not the staffs fault.

הצוות מאוד נחמד. המלון יפה מאוד ומרווח.
היו בו המון שטחים שקטים ורגועים.

Cons:

בידוד הרעש בחדר מאוד גרוע - כל פעם שמישהו עבר במסדרון מחוץ לחדר ודיבר או גרר עגלה זה נשמע היטב והפריע מאוד.
פעילות החדרניות בשעות הצהריים בהן רוצים לנוח ולישון הפריע מאוד בעיקר בגלל בעיית בידוד הרעש.
אין שקעי חשמל מסודרים בחדרים ואילו שכן יש לא תואמים את מרבית מוצרי החשמל מהעולם!
אם כבר שמתם שקעי usb לפחות תוסיפו עוד כאלו בחדר.

החדרים נקיים מאוד,מחליפים מגבות ומסדרים מצעים גם אם לא שמנו שלט או ביקשנו.
הצוות מדהים חייכן ותמיד רוצה לעזור . מפקחת עוברת מידי פעם בחדרים ובחדר האוכל וכותבת משוב.
הבריכה מבריקה ומים צלולים כל היום.
מיקום לא משהוא וכל נסיעה למרכז העיר עולה 30/40 אירו הלוך ושוב.

הדבר היחידי שאפשר לשפר זה האוכל. כל יום אותו דבר , לרוב מבושל טפל, לא מגוון ומשעמם.
מי שמצפה למנגל/ גריל ושפע כמו בטורקיה, זה לא המקום.( בקיצור הילדים לרוב אכלו בחוץ ושילמנו על חצי פנסיון)
ארוחת הבוקר טובה וכוללת מים ומיץ תפוזים חופשי . בארוחות הצהריים והערב אין שתייה בכלל והמלצרים עוברים בין האורחים ומציעים בקבוקי מים בתשלום שזה הזייה שלא נתקלתי בה בשום מקום .

Pros:

I liked the location very much, its surrounded by nature which make they stay very nice. You can always choose a calm place with no sounds apart of the sea and animals.
The staff is very nice and the spa ritual Santorini velvet Senses is perfect! Very good value for the price.

Cons:

Its just a pity there is no private beach as its few minutes away. And not all the restaurants were fully opened during our whole stay.
