Excellent
Pros:

Very good. It's about 10 minutes by scooter from the old city. Although the location is a bit out of the way, the value for money is excellent. We stayed in a river-view suite. The hotel is a bit aged, but the room is very large and clean. The entire hotel is non-smoking, with a designated smoking area downstairs — plus parking and an ATM, which is very convenient. Right across the street from the hotel there's a 7-Eleven. The gym is cute and lovely. Breakfast was excellent. If we come back to Chiang Mai in the future, we would probably stay here again.
