outstanding hospitality, spacious and comfortable rooms, and excellent service
Pros:

We arrived at the hotel very early in the morning, knowing that we would have to wait until the afternoon for our room. The check-in process was quick and smooth, and the staff made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived.
The entire team was exceptionally friendly, professional, and always happy to help. They recommended places to visit in Chiang Mai, helped us find destinations using the Bolt app, and even provided us with a tourist map that turned out to be very useful during our stay.
Our room was spacious, spotless, and well organized. The bathroom was sparkling clean, and the beds were extremely comfortable, allowing us to get a great night's sleep after our daily adventures.
The hotel is located in a quiet area, a little away from the city center, making it a peaceful place to relax after a busy day exploring Chiang Mai.

Cons:

The internet was not so good, the connectivity was great but it wasd not secured

Stay here a couple of time and I will book again for my next trip to Chiang Mai.
Pros:

Room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. There are a lot of tourist but it was not noisy in the room. The location was not great but still close to the city by car. The room was quiet which is hard to find for a hotel in Chiang Mai.

Cons:

The air com was dated. It was not as cool as it should be from a Thai perspective. I don't think they can do much about this since it is not a brand new hotel.
