Pros:

Clean, very close to the beach, and love the ocean view. Balcony is a must! Staff very friendly.

Cons:

The mattress on the bed leaned to one side so I had to fight to stay in bed

Not worth the money
Pros:

What breakfast staff wasn’t sure what time it would be available not even coffee expresso was not healthy for a problem I have with swallowing had surgery a while ago the only thing good was parking witch I paid 60.00 visit again NO tHANK yOU!

Pros:

Good location, clean room

Cons:

Guest room doors slamming all night. Bakery on property doesn’t open on time. No complementary coffee. Spot on side of the hotel where folks hangout and approach you for “help”. Parking is limited/first come first serve. For the price , you could definitely find another hotel with more amenities. Balcony’s on ocean front rooms on second floor are very small can barely fit a chair.

If you like breathing in mold all night you wouldn’t mind staying there.
Pros:

The location was great.

Cons:

The air conditioning unit had mold inside of it. A lot of mold.

Pros:

The room was fine and the staff friendly but you won't get what you are paying for.

Cons:

The check-in was late but on top we coudn't get into the room until 7pm. We needed ro go back 3 times to ask ask at the reception. There are hidden charges and they ask for a deposit of 200 dollars per night, which is very high even for American standards. The ocean view is not really hapoening since is a narrow corner view from the balcony if you are lucky.

Pros:

The cleanliness and the fact that it was well maintained and operated, and everything we needed was contained within the premises. The staff was outstanding.

Cons:

Parking, and if you come outside on the balcony on the Tropicana side of the building, the noise coming from the roof of the Tropicana, was so loud at the fifth floor level. You couldn’t sit there for long.

Very clean and pretty inside! Very helpful and kind employees from the cafe to the restaurant to the front desk and housekeeping. Best staff at a hotel I think I have ever experienced!!
