sạch , đẹp , rẻ

Cons:

chúng tôi đã đến đó rất sớm là 13 giờ . Chúng tôi đã gởi hành lý và đi tiếp đến 5 giờ trở lại mà 1 người đàn bà ở quầy lễ tân đã bảo họ đã xoá rồi . Tôi cũng đặt rất nhiều khách sạn qua booking mà bây giờ tôi mới bị như vậy lần đầu

Good but lack of safety standards
Pros:

The room was fine and value for money, close to the center and the river.

Cons:

When we arrived, they did not even checked if our reservation existed and they directly put our luggage in the luggage room. This action lacks of safety since anyone from outside can put a luggage in the hotel. When we arrived in the hotel, we picked up by ourselves the luggage from the room without someone checking the tickets. This also lacks safety since we could have picked up other peoples suitcase, or someone could had taken ours. Receptionists not very approachable but this depend on the standards of each hotel.

Elso illetve utolso alkalommal foglaltam ebben a hotelben.
Pros:

Tetszett a hotel elhelyezkedese. A reggeli boseges, a szemelyzet a reggelinel nagyon kedves volt. A szoba erkezesemkor tiszta volt.

Cons:

Nem tetszett, hogy 20 Euro kauciot kellet fizetnem bankkartyaval egy vasaloert, ami 20 Eurot a mai napig nem utalt vissza a hotel. Nem tetszett az sem, hogy meg egy nappal meghosszabbitottam a foglalast, de ez ugyanazert a szobaert mar sokkal dragabb volt mint ahogy azt elotte lefoglaltam

Ok für eine Nacht. Der Preis pro Nacht sollte 80€ nicht überschreiten.
Pros:

Dass das Zimmer sehr geräumig war.

Cons:

Es war sehr hellhörig und die Teppiche leider nicht so ansehnlich.

Der Name Wyndham steht normalerweise für eine gewisse Qualität. Das Hotel in Düsseldorf nicht!
Pros:

Freundliches und bemühtes Personal an der Rezeption.

Cons:

Das Zimmer (116) besass nur eine Lampe im Eingangsbereich vor dem Bad. Der Schlafbereich war nicht wirklich ausgeleuchtet. Lediglich 2 kleine Leselampen sorgen für etwas mehr Licht. Der Fenstergriff und eine Steckdose waren lose. Viele dunkle Flecken an der Wand. Der Vorhang nicht mehr richtig eingehängt. Die Matratzen durchgelegen. Im Bad gab es keinen Toilettenpapierhalter und die Klopapierrolle war auf der anderen Seite des Raumes unter dem Waschbecken versteckt. Schimmel an der Badewanne. Der Duschkopf schnellte beim Duschen sofort nach oben und man konnte sich nur duschen, wenn man den Duschkopf in der Hand behält. Nikotinflecken an verschiedenen Stellen im Bad. Im Flur zum Aufzug roch es stark nach kaltem Rauch.
