The property operates a self-check-in system, and the apartments/units are self-serviced/self-contained. You will receive an email containing your arrival information via email 2 days prior to your arrival, sent at 2 pm. If you have booked within 3 days of arrival, you will receive your arrival information shortly after the booking is confirmed on our system. If you do not receive this information, please contact the property immediately.
Please note that the building does not have air-conditioning, but central heating and separate fans are provided.

Concept Serviced Apartments cannot guarantee that all special requests can be confirmed but the property will try its best to do so wherever possible. The Serviced Apartments have a strict maximum occupancy of 2 people and do not allow children or additional adult guests. There are no sofa beds, cots, or twin beds.
Please note the weekly service cleans are carried out for stays that are 8 days or more. The cleaning will not be carried out if the guest is in the room. Guests need to vacate the room while the room is being serviced.

Location amazing, comfortable bed
It was so hot in there I could not turn off heating
The apartment was very clean, well equipped and in a fantastic location for enjoying NW London. It is on the doorstep of Portabello Market and there are fabulous bars and restaurants within a few minutes walk in both directions in Notting Hill and on Portabello Road.
The stairs in the top floor apartment are incredibly steep.

Location was fabulous! Most of all, the immediate response from management to get a portable air condition unit sorted for us after an incredibly hot night (at 20 weeks pregnant it was less than ideal) but the super fast response when I contacted the next morning could not be faulted. Thank you!
The bed felt quite small and the rooms are quite tight but when you're out and about in London all day, it doesn't matter too much.

La camera è veramente troppo piccola ed essenziale, se hai due trolley non ci stanno. Noi abbiamo preso la stanza con balcone ed era caldissima (senza aria condizionata e rovente) e claustrofobica, non oso nemmeno immaginare cosa sia la stanza nel seminterrato. Il balconcino che nelle foto sembra carino in realtà è inutilizzabile perché tutto sporco e arruginito, inoltre confina con la camera accanto.

Nice very well located located room in a charming place, about 12 minutes Walk from tube station.
Very clean! Facilities are in a very good condition!
Horribly hot during the hot season… no air/ AC.
They did provided extremely noisy fan, and when asked to replace it or add shits and towels the responses were not so friendly.
However they changed the fan (that was so weak)
Also- the room is super small. Perfect for one but too small for a couple.
No elevator

The staff were so unhelpful and wouldn’t help resolve our situation with the property being to warm and expecting us to pay £200 to hire a air con unit which resulted in us having to find different accommodation and wouldn’t refund our money
Perfect location
Lovely location building and room. It was small but sweet. Facilities lovely and clean.
If London wasn't experiencing a gesture wave we would have rated it excellent. However it was very hot and the tap water was hot too. Staff were very responsive in sorting it out. Not having a sheet and only the European blanket didn't suit the extreme weather. It would have been good to have a safe in the room.
Great location, clean, modern and stylish.
It was a heatwave and there was no aircon other than a fan. It needs something more substantial to keep cool. But other than that this is a fabulous place to stay.
