The property operates a self-check-in system, and the apartments/units are self-serviced/self-contained. You will receive an email containing your arrival information via email 2 days prior to your arrival, sent at 2 pm. If you have booked within 3 days of arrival, you will receive your arrival information shortly after the booking is confirmed on our system. If you do not receive this information, please contact the property immediately.
Please note that the building does not have air-conditioning, but central heating and separate fans are provided.

Concept Serviced Apartments cannot guarantee that all special requests can be confirmed but the property will try its best to do so wherever possible. Please note the weekly service cleans are carried out for stays that are 8 days or more. The cleaning will not be carried out if the guest is in the room. Guests need to vacate the room while the room is being serviced.

La posizione, a 5 minuti a piedi dalla fermata di Notting Hill che si trova sulla Central Line quindi comodissima per spostarsi inoltre la zona è tranquilla
Quando siamo arrivati è stato un incubo trovare la struttura, le indicazioni ci indirizzavano verso altre case e per trovate la struttura giusta ci abbiamo messo davvero troppo; essendo le 9:00 pm non c’era nessuno da poter chiamare per l’assistenza e ci hanno risposto ai messaggi dopo mezz’ora quando ormai avevamo risolto; un altro problema sono state le temperature, dal secondo al terzo piano già diventava invivibile, immaginatevi in camera! Non si respirava.. Neanche dopo 5 giorni di brutto tempo a Londra e temperature più rigide la temperatura è diminuita nonostante le finestre aperte! Quando lo abbiamo fatto notare ci è stato detto che era presente in camera un mini ventilatore.. inutile.

These apartments are perfect for a city visit to London with Portobello road right on the door step. It has basic amenities and all you need to be comfortable. Good communication regarding checking in and out and obtaining and returning the key.
I was in the downstairs room and did not feel comfortable/safe leaving the window open at night. It made the room extremely hot and uncomfortable. There is no air conditioning and the fan alone did not help. Some kind of burglar proofing on this window will be very helpful.
The location of this property is perfect for us and we have used it at least once per year for two years. We need to book further in advance and get the biggest room possible on the ground floor.
The room was very small...not propertys fault..we booked at last minute and this was all they had. The blinds did not
work...which i am pretty sure should have been corrected before the room was used again.
WE asked for a ground floor because steps are difficult for my husband...only first floor available. Once again we booked too late. The pillows are way too hard. WE always have to borrow some from our family who live next door.
Sehr gute Lage.
Unser Apartment im Keller war extrem heiß und es gab keine Klimaanlage. Zum Glück haben wir nur eine Nacht dort verbracht, für einen längeren Aufenthalt wäre es zu heiß gewesen. Man hat nachts auch extrem viele Geräusche und Schritte von den anderen Apartments gehört.
Für einen längeren Aufenthalt also nicht geeignet in meinen Augen.

This is my first complaint in 50 years travel.
During any sort of sunny, warm weather the rooms all face the afternoon sun and they heat up like a sauna. It’s impossible to sleep as it’s suffocating and dehydrating even if you leave the door and window open to get flow ventilation. The noisy fan did absolutely nothing! I booked 4 days and checked out after one night, feeling quite ill from the no sleep and dehydration and probably losing my money as they’re not keen to reimburse me. I had to pay and book another hotel with air conditioning. I wasn’t expecting May to be so hot as I’d already suffered through a heat wave last time I was here but thought it would be ok in May. I would only stay here in the winter. The stairs are also challenging.

Het is ontzettend gehorig (wij zaten in het souterrain) en het is er heel warm. Geen airco en toevallig waren wij er toen het 35 graden was 🥵

Nella camera da letto esiste una tenda nel velux che per chiudere bisogna arrampicarsi

Troppo piccola non si riesce a passare quasi negli spazi intorno al letto, non c’è posto dove mettere i bagagli e fa davvero troppo caldo all’interno anche tenendo la finestra aperta la notte in più se non chiudi la tenda tutti ti guardano, passanti e vicini al di là della strada quindi risultato caldo il triplo per tenere basse le tende
the location was great. The building entry and outdoor areas were immaculate and people were tending to them regularly. The building felt very safe.
The room was very small, even by European standards. There was about a foot of space between the end of the bed and the wall. There was a very large shower head in a very tiny shower so hard to get in and not the most comfortable shower. But it was fine. The bathroom was so small there wasn’t a lot of space to put a toiletry bag. But it was clean.
Great Location. Short walk to Notting Hill Gate subway station.
The room was too warm and no way to cool it down. Probably not a lot of need for a/c in London but on 80 degree days it’s needed.
