Insgesamt hatten wir trotzdem eine schöne Woche. Besonders das freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal
Pros:

Das Personal war insgesamt sehr nett, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Besonders positiv ist uns der Mitarbeiter aufgefallen, der die Gäste zu ihren Zimmern bringt und beim Gepäck hilft. Er war wirklich immer sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit.
Positiv war außerdem, dass unser Zimmer stets sauber war.
Die Massagen können wir auf jeden Fall empfehlen. Auch der private Hotelstrand hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Er war gepflegt, angenehm und vor allem nicht überfüllt.
Das Hotel liegt zentral, sodass viele Ziele bequem mit einem Dolmuş erreichbar sind. Auch die während unseres Aufenthalts angebotenen Partys waren gut organisiert. Wir hatten viel Spaß und konnten dank des Hoteltransfers bequem hin- und zurückfahren.

Cons:

Das Essen war insgesamt in Ordnung, allerdings gab es nur wenig Abwechslung. Zum Frühstück wurden beispielsweise keine Brötchen angeboten. Das Restaurant war für die Anzahl der Gäste etwas klein, sodass man zu den Stoßzeiten häufig nach einem freien Platz suchen oder sich zu anderen Gästen dazusetzen musste. Insgesamt war die Verpflegung aber okay.
Die Zimmer und die gesamte Hotelanlage sind deutlich in die Jahre gekommen. Gerade in den Zimmern sind uns einige Mängel und Abnutzungsspuren aufgefallen, sodass an mehreren Stellen eine Renovierung bzw. Instandsetzung nötig wäre. Insgesamt macht die Ausstattung teilweise einen recht veralteten und renovierungsbedürftigen Eindruck.
Auch die Hotelanlage hatten wir uns anhand der Bilder etwas anders vorgestellt. Vor Ort wirkt das Hotel teilweise älter und anders als es auf den Fotos vermittelt wird. Die Anlage ist eher dicht bebaut und es gibt kaum Grün- oder Rasenflächen. Außerdem gibt es im gesamten Hotelbereich sehr viele Treppen, was man bei der Buchung bedenken sollte. Da das Hotel zusätzlich nur über zwei Aufzüge verfügt, musste man teilweise etwas länger warten.
Leider hatten wir während unseres Aufenthalts auch eine unschöne Erfahrung. Wir waren etwa zwei Stunden am Strand und hatten unsere Wertsachen bewusst im Hotelzimmer gelassen, damit wir sie nicht mit an den Strand nehmen mussten. Während dieser Zeit wurde unser Zimmer gereinigt. Als wir zurückkamen, stellten wir fest, dass 7 € aus einem Portemonnaie fehlten.
Wir können natürlich nicht nachvollziehen, wann oder durch wen das Geld abhandengekommen ist und möchten daher auch niemanden direkt beschuldigen. Uns ging es dabei auch weniger um die 7 € selbst, sondern vielmehr um die Situation. Wir haben den Vorfall deshalb an der Rezeption gemeldet.
Der Manager teilte uns daraufhin mit, dass er sich die Kameraaufnahmen anschauen würde. Leider haben wir danach keinerlei Rückmeldung mehr erhalten und wissen bis heute nicht, ob bzw. was dabei herausgekommen ist.

Hotel fajny pokoje przestronne i wygodne, obsługa rewelacja od Pań sprzątających po recepcję. Kelnerki i barmani po mimo ciężkiej pracy i wysokich temperatur zawsze uśmiechnięci. Jedzenia ogromny wybór od mięsa po ciasta.

Mieliśmy wspaniały pobyt i z czystym sumieniem możemy polecić to miejsce. Na szczególne wyróżnienie zasługują pracownicy: Emir, Hicabi, Bellboy oraz kelnerka Kader. To właśnie oni swoją życzliwością, uśmiechem, profesjonalizmem i zaangażowaniem tworzą z tego hotelu coś naprawdę wyjątkowego. Dzięki nim każdy gość czuje się mile widziany i zaopiekowany.
Ogromnym atutem hotelu są również przepiękne widoki. Z drugiego piętra można podziwiać piękną panoramę morza, natomiast restauracja na piątym piętrze oferuje jeszcze bardziej zachwycający widok – szczególnie podczas zachodu słońca, który robi niesamowite wrażenie.
Jedzenie było bardzo dobre i naprawdę nie ma na co narzekać. Każdego dnia serwowano coś innego, dzięki czemu posiłki były urozmaicone i każdy mógł znaleźć coś dla siebie.
Dziękujemy całemu zespołowi za fantastyczny pobyt. To miejsce z pewnością będziemy miło wspominać i chętnie tu wrócimy!

Ps. W hotelu mają wspaniały hammam i zdecydowanie polecam wybrać się właśnie tam, zamiast szukać takich miejsc na mieście. Mam porównanie i naprawdę widać różnicę w jakości oraz atmosferze. Godzinny masaż całego ciała, kameralna i spokojna atmosfera – to zdecydowanie doświadczenie, które warto przeżyć właśnie w tym hotelu.

Uns hat besonders das freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal, die Sauberkeit, das leckere und schön angerichtete Essen sowie die gute Lage gefallen. Besonders positiv in Erinnerung geblieben sind uns Koch Mustafa, die Bellboys Mustafa und Baki sowie Hotelmanager Herr Gökay Gülay, die alle sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit waren.

Cons:

Was uns weniger gefallen hat, war die fehlende Klimatisierung in den Gängen. Gerade bei hohen Temperaturen kann dies für gesundheitlich vorbelastete Personen das Laufen und das allgemeine Wohlbefinden etwas erschweren. Außerdem könnte der Außenbereich am Abend durch eine schönere Beleuchtung und ein stimmungsvolleres Nachtambiente noch gemütlicher gestaltet werden. Ansonsten waren wir mit unserem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden.

Highlights of the hotel is the location to the beach , adult only hotel. Beds are very comfortable and rooms cleaned daily.
Food tasty with beautiful view.
Reception staff very helpfull
Ozzy entertaining the entire hotel so kudos to him
Highly recommend tatoo on your last day - studio very proffesional and Ali very convincing and can create your own design

Althought it’s an adult hotel -lack of entertainment as it was only on Tuesdays and Sundays 21:00-23:00
Pool bar opened only until 18:00
No beach bar or anything arround, so if you going to the beach make sure you take your own drinks
At the first 2 days then refused to serve us whisky and cola (where it was all inclusive so each bar was saying something else ) althought they were serving them at the bar upstairs. Housekeeping knocking to the door either you have sign DO NOT DISTURB

Das Personal war sehr freundlich, das Essen war lecker. Es gab 3 Pools und einen privaten Strand.

Cons:

Das Essen war relativ eintönig und bis auf Kleinigkeiten immer das selbe, wenige vegetarische Optionen.
Die Auswahl an der Bar war auch relativ beschränkt.
