Sehr gepflegtes Hotel mit wirklich allem was man braucht, sehr freundlicher Empfang und sogar das Gepäck wurde aufs Zimmer gebracht!
Lage sehr gut, Radwege, Straßenbahn und Parkhaus vor der Tür! Ein Duschkopf funktionierte nicht, wurde umgehend behoben!!
Musste mir beim Frühstück (19€) die Eier selber braten …..
Location was so close to Trams, our river cruise and restaurants. Huge room.
If I had to put anything here…Shower head is a bit dodgy…. But nothing major

The room was spacious and comfortable. And quiet, even though it was right next to the elevator. Breakfast was perfect with a nice selection and fresh espresso!

El personal del hotel increíble. Nos ayudaron mucho. Hacían el esfuerzo por comunicarse en español. Nos dieron recomendaciones y nos hicieron la estancia muy agradable.
El hotel tiene detalles de mantenimiento, nada grave pero si deberían atender para que todo fuera perfecto.
Continental breakfast was excellent. The dining room was very suitable.
There was no dining facilities in the evening or for lunch also no area to relax in other than the room as there was no bar or lounge
The room was large and mostly clean
It was not remotely a 4 star hotel. It was booked as a special occasion and I deliberately wanted a nice hotel. It was a glorified premier inn with less access. They locked the front door all the time so you had to wait for someone to be available to let you in which made us feel like second class citizens.
We had to ask to get the room cleaned and they were poor with restocking the coffee and sugar and water. The downstairs area kept smelling of sewage also. Our bathroom smelt like drains also.

Tuve la sensación de que todo era un querer y no poder en general. Ofrecian accesibilidad y había cosas que estaban muy bien, pero incompletas.Tenian la parte de restauración muy amplia e incluso bonita,pero nunca estaba abierta y no daban comidas de ningún tipo.El desayuno buffet correcto, pero te tenias que hacer la tortilla francesa y huevos tú.En un hornillo y unas sartenes muy limitadas,heche en falta servilletas y alguna cosa más. Estaba todo bien organizado, pero pienso que no correctamente,habría que darle una vuelta.Creo que el personal trabajaba de más innecesariamente, posiblemente por una mala gerencia o dirección.

Avoir une bouilloire en chambre et un format de thés et infusions plus simple que les dosettes de la machine à café. J'ai demandé une chambre avec baignoire ce qui n'a pas été possible.
Qualité du petit déjeuner moyenne, ne correspond pas à un 4 étoiles, jus d'orange pas bon. Pas de graines, les yaourts qui flottent dans un saladier avec des glaçons. Viennoiseries moyennes.
