This was a beautifully presented property. It was very clean, it was close to the tram line (but away from the noise) and to the Bato, Cite du Vin and Bassins des Lumieres.
The staff were friendly and very professional. Breakfast was wonderful.

L'accueil du personnel très professionnel, la très grande chambre, la salle d'eau, les toilettes séparées et la proximité avec le centre de Bordeaux
La cuve des toilettes est à nettoyer, nuisances sonores VMC la nuit, le téléphone avec voyant rouge vers 5 h 30 du matin et au petit matin nuisance sonore due à la présence des cours de formation aux étages inférieurs et supérieurs. Draps de bain à mettre avant l arrivée des clients 2 et non 1 comme ce fait le cas pour nous. Un distributeur de boissons chaudes et froides proposé à vos clients comme cela est le cas dans presque tous les établissements hôteliers.

Clean, comfortable bed and a good sized room.
The paid parking ($18/day) garage was about 200 meters from the hotel, which that part wasn’t bad. You are required to download an app to register your car and pay. The garage tag scanner did not read our tag number as it was supposed to and we had to take a ticket to get the gate open as there was an impatient driver behind us. Upon leaving, we had to pay again to get our car out of the garage as there was no attendant to help. So parking cost us $108 for 3 days. Now it’s up to me to reach out to the garage company to get a refund.
