Solo la posizione

Cons:

La struttura, sporca e con profondo odore di muffa. Le camere anguste. Lenzuola con macchie di urina e feci. Il bagno perdeva e camminando sulle piastrelle usciva l’acqua del gabinetto.
Il personale davvero scortese, avevamo prenotato una stanza doppia con letti separati, alle 9 del mattino ci arriva un messaggio da Connie che ci chiede i documenti e quale preferenza avessimo per i letti, se matrimoniale o singoli, le rispondiamo 10 minuti dopo e ci scrive che le stanze con letti singoli erano finite poiché un’altro ospite le aveva risposto prima di noi, chi prima arriva meglio alloggia ci ha detto… davvero poco professionale.
Abbiamo dovuto prenotare un’altra struttura, tenetevi i vostri 15€ a notte, siete dei pezzenti.

Great place to stay
Pros:

I spent a few nights at the YX Oasis Hotel, and it was such a great place to stay after going down the Kinabatangan river. The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable (and I'm picky about beds), the wifi worked great, the check-in was flawless, the price was great, the aircon was fantastic, and everything just worked out well. The location is near several restaurants and shops, which is convenient.

Excellent value hotel
Pros:

Location is good with lots of restaurants, supermarkets, laundries around. Room has good AC, hot shower, fast internet etc. Staff are friendly and self check in is easy. I stayed here a couple of weeks and used their advertised driver Mr Rams to take me to Sepilok or wherever which was the same price as Grab and can be organised on WhatsApp. I'd definitely stay here again.
