A bit dated in decor. Shower over bath, poor pressure.

The staff were very helpful and came to the aid of my wife when she fell over
Breakfast was excellent, great choice and nothing too much trouble for the staff - very friendly! Our waiters Caleb and Kip were so nice and attentive . We ate most evenings in the hotel also - food was good . Bar staff were so friendly - creating a brilliant atmosphere!
Location of the hotel was perfect for the beach , park and the town . Entertainment was a bonus each night !
Would have liked access to the bar during the day even for a tea / coffee or soft drink while at the pool .
Petit déjeuner copieux, chambre parfaitement équipée (manque peut être un petit réfrigérateur), personnel souriant et agréable, emplacement idéal pour rejoindre le centre de St Helier, parking très appréciale !

The staff & location was faultless.
The food quality is very good.
Felt the bath needed a handle on the wall to get in and out of as we found it quite awkward.
Relaxed atmosphere, friendly, and the hotel was clean and tidy. The food was good, especially the breakfasts with a good variety.. Entertainment was reasonable, and the bar had a good choice of drinks.
The shower cubicle we had was ok if you were slim and not on the large size. You would not be able to fit in, let alone shower.

Brilliant friendly, helpful staff.
Large comfortable bed and good sized room with plenty of storage space and a room safe.
Room was cleaned every morning and towels refreshed when asked for. Plenty of tea/coffee replenished every day.
The weather was exceptionally hot and there was no AC. Our room was on the 3rd floor - with a sloped black roof. This made for several very uncomfortable nights in spite of there being a fan in the room.
However we still really enjoyed our stay.
The staff were wonderful. Really welcoming and accommodating. Remembered we were heading to parkrun in the morning and asked us about how we got on the next day. Pool area was lovely, spotlessly clean throughout. Quiet hotel so a good place if you wanted a good night's sleep. Amazing storage in bedroom, ple ty of drawers a s hangers for 2 people for a number of nights.
Room was oppressively hot. To be fair there has been exceptional temperatures a day a fan was provided but it was no match for the heat which made sleeping difficult. Only duvets on beds- a top sheet would have helped in the hot temperatures rather than a duvet.
Hotel decor is very dated including rooms and bathroom.
Good location. The food was adequate, breakfast the better meal. Only had dinner on one evening, it was very ordinary. Rooms were kept clean as was the public areas.
No bar/drinks facilities during day. The food was very basic, not any variety from one day to the next.

Semble être mêlé à une structure de personnes âgées , je n’ai évidemment rien contre cela en soi, peut-être un petit peu plus lourd pour un séjour avec mon ado de 12 ans
