We are pleased to offer a complimentary Shuttle Service between TJ’s Tuban (5 minutes from Ngurah Rai Airport) and Resort, from TJ’s Tuban to Resort is 09:00 AM, and from Resort to TJ’s Tuban is 01:00 PM.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

Pros:

This has a beautiful beachfront pool and restaurant

Cons:

If it changes a few things the place could be amazing , staff and service quite slow . Very strict rules in regards to pool towels and restaurant . If they relaxed this would make the place more enjoyable. Some staff told us one rule other staff told us other rules very confusing. The sunset bar was a let down . The menu was tiny and only offered bintang as an alcohol option . The push bikes were a let down the path to cycle on took us all of 6 mins . Not very exciting . We did enjoy it here however needs improvement

Pros:

The most amazing views and swimming pool.

Cons:

The cleaning staff are extremely noisy pulling the yellow plastic floor mopping cleaning trolleys and the normal room trolleys over the cobble stones up and down from room to room. Did complain but nothing has
improved. Very noisy.

Pros:

Room, friendly service, lovely staff, food etc

Cons:

Would have loved pancakes made everyday for my fussy eater as they're only available some days. Be nice if they had a money changer on site too.

Déception totale
Pros:

La piscine était vraiment sympa

Cons:

Nous avions initialement réservé une chambre standard, mais nous avons été très déçus par sa qualité. Elle était particulièrement vieillotte et la salle de bain faisait vraiment bas de gamme.

Heureusement, le personnel — qui était très professionnel et agréable — nous a proposé de changer pour une chambre avec vue, nettement plus agréable. Nous avons accepté en payant un supplément, et cela nous a permis de nous sentir moins comme dans un simple appartement impersonnel.

En revanche, le restaurant a été une véritable déception. Nous y sommes allés à deux reprises, et à chaque fois, ce fut une mauvaise expérience. Les plats étaient médiocres, et lors de notre deuxième visite, celui de ma femme était même brûlé

Heerlijk verblijf.
Pros:

Goed onderhouden hotel. Tuin kamers zwembad allemaal heel netjes. Restaurant is heel goed met goede kaart met verschillende soorten gerechten. Ontbijt uitgebreid en vers gebakken omelet. Personeel heel erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Moyen seul le spot des dauphins est avoir.
Pros:

La piscine et l’emplacement au bord de mer

Cons:

Le service laisse à désirer, pas rapide, pas de tables dressées, le personnel ne parle pas anglais et la cuisine du restaurant ferme à 21hoo.
Pas de mangues ni yaourts au petit déjeuner.
Chambres vétustes : pas de barres ni crochets pour sécher les serviettes salle de bains.
Chambre pas faite à 14h30 et serviettes peu propres et déchirées air conditionné pas entretenu !
Activités : pas de jet skis alors que proposés, vélos pour faire 100 mètres inutiles !

Absolutely stunning and such an amazing experience and great value for the cost.
Pros:

We were greeted by beautiful friendly staff. There was a welcome message on our mirror in the room which was well presented and the bathroom was lovely and a good shower. The grounds were absolutely beautiful and very well maintained. The restaurant was lovely with a good selection of food which was delicious. The staff were beautiful. The pool was amazing and set out the front where you could see the ocean. Breakfast was amazing with a wide selection of food.

Cons:

Nothing it was a fantastic experience.

Hezky hotel, skvělý výchozí bod na delfíny, dobra snídaně a krásná zahrada
Pros:

Dobra snidane, skvela poloha pokud chcete vyrazit rano na delfíny. Hotel uz ale neco zazil, v pokoji bylo lehce vlhko. Hezké prostředí, hotel v zeleni, udržovaná zahrada. Byli jsme jen na jednu noc, takze na přespání velmi dostačující. Moc hezké přivítání na pokoji, na zrcadlo napsali moje jméno. Úžasný personál, splnil by co vám na očích vidí. Líbilo se mi, že před vjezdem do hotelu byla závora a policista, cítila jsem se bezpečně.

Cons:

Fén na pokoji už neco zažil, doporučovala bych výměnu.

Pros:

Fasilitas di area belakang hotel sangat nyaman, indah dan menyenangkan untuk bersantai. Ada kolam renang, area duduk di taman, ayunan, cafe yang semua menghadap ke laut lepas.

Unclean rooms and bad service
Pros:

The property location is great, they have great amenities, their dolphin tour is nice, the restaurant is one of the best things they have.

Cons:

The shuttle service, the communication from their front desk team, they never shared the shuttle details due to confusion I missed the shuttle, they said they give wake up call at 5:30 am for dolphin tour but none of the rooms got any call. The cleanliness is very bad there were hairs in washroom and on bed also stains were not even cleaned from the table. Unfortunately very bad experience
