Pros:

J’ai passé un merveilleux séjour au Lovina Beach Club & Resort. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été très bien accueillis par le personnel, qui nous a aidés à transporter nos bagages et nous a renseignés sur l’ensemble des services proposés par l’hôtel.
L’un des points forts de l’établissement est sans aucun doute sa localisation. Il est idéalement situé, à proximité des commerces, des départs pour les excursions afin d’aller nager avec les dauphins, ainsi que de la plage, à laquelle vous avez un accès direct.
L’hôtel dispose également d’un espace aménagé sur la plage où vous pouvez vous installer confortablement pour admirer un magnifique coucher de soleil. Un véritable moment de détente !
Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour et l’accueil de toute l’équipe. Une très belle expérience que nous recommandons sans hésitation !

İt was a terrible exprience, one of the worst hotels I have stayed

The staff doesn’t know whats hospitality is and they were very rude at the check out.
I dont recommend this resort to anyone.
They charge you for complimentary water that was given in the room

Traumhafter Urlaub
Pros:

Tolle Anlage, direkt am Meer gelegen. Es gibt ja nichts schöneres, als das Frühstück am Morgen mit Blick auf das Meer genießen zu können :)
Die Anlage ist liebevoll gestaltet, überall gibt's was zu entdecken. Ein schöner Teich, eine kleine Grünanlage, die Sunset Bar die jeden Abend aufgebaut wird, oder auch die Schaukel direkt am Pool.
Die Zimmer waren groß und schön eingerichtet, die Möbel aber teilweise in die Jahre gekommen. Das Housekeeping hat sich viel Mühe mit dem Drapieren der Handtücher gegeben, ich hab mich jedes Mal darüber gefreut.
Überhaupt waren die Mitarbeitenden überaus freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Von kleinen Überraschungen bei der Ankunft, wie persönlichen Nachrichten, über das Erfüllen von Extrawünschen (vegane Ernährung, ich habe sogar jeden Tag vegane Kuchen und auch vegane Gerichte zum Frühstück bekommen!), bis dahin, dass sie einen beim Namen kannten.
Insbesondere Dank der Mitarbeitenden hatten wir einen rundherum gelungenen Aufenthalt.

Cons:

Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Meerblick und Balkon, hier gab es eine große Sitzmöglichkeit, die aus einer Liegefläche mit einer Matte darauf bestand. Mir haben hier Stühle und ein Tisch gefehlt, oder zumindest ein Beistelltisch. So hab ich doch wenig Zeit dort verbracht, denn für Gesellschaftsspiele oder einfach gemütlich zu zweit noch etwas trinken, fand ich es nicht bequem genug.

An einem Abend hatten wir das BBQ in der Sunset Bar gebucht, das hatte uns ehrlich gesagt etwas enttäuscht. Bei BBQ denkt man an ein Grillbuffet und Beilagen, doch die Auswahl war sehr klein und das Buffet meistens leer und wurde nur schleppend aufgefüllt. Irgendwann hab ich aufgegeben, etwas zu essen zu bekommen. Unsere Getränke, die wir vorher bestellt hatten, kamen erst nach dem Essen. Diese Erfahrung hat uns dann tatsächlich auch davon abgehalten, das Restaurant einmal abends auszuprobieren.
