Ambience and staff helpfulness
Windows, window and door frames, and bathrooms were not as clean as expected.
Breakfast was poor, no interaction with staff, no offer of hot food
Breakfast
Location and that it does overnight camper stays in the car park.

Nice room
So hot!! Couldn’t open some windows
Nice clean room
Excellent value for food in the pub
Breakfast was acceptable.
Evening dinner left a lot to be desired.
The staff were unprofessional
Clean tidy and very helpful staff
Phone charger plug didn't work.staff helped me by lending a charger so all good
As usual everything was great and the staff were lovely and very helpful food was always fresh and hot
Comfortable bed. Good shower. Fluffy white towels. Easy and secure parking.
Restaurant food was very poor standard but upon making staff aware a full refund was given.
Room was a chalet style and access was right across car park and up a full flight of steps with no lift if needed. A very noisy water generator to the whole of this block of rooms which made a loud rhythmic noise all through the night and became much louder everytime anyone used a tap or flushed the toilet. It was like water torture all night long! No staff available after the adjoining pub was closed. We will never consider staying here again!
Convenient for where I wanted to be.
Good breakfast.
Fair price.
Pipes in "motel part" where I stayed on last visit were very loud and frequent sounding - when ever water was put on in adjacent rooms.
Restaurant and roo great
I was woken up at 4 in the morning by some sort of pump running up in the ceiling god knows what it was but it was irritating enough to stop me getting back to sleep totally knackered the next day at an event and had to cut short so really spoiled the day
Location and value for money
