Excellent factilities &staff, the hotel is beautifully designed with lovely pool at a great location
Pros:

The staff were super friendly and helpful with good English. They helped us book tours and their breakfast was excellent plus their had a really nice large pool. (at least 40m long maybe longer) The decour and architecture of the hotel was beautiful and well designed, our bedhead alone was this beautiful terracotta design and we had high pitched wooded ceiling that were surperb in our room. Highly recomment this Hotel thats staying in Chiang Mai.

Amazing hotel and staff but beware of the noise situation

The best service and room I've had in Chiang Mai. Beautiful hotel, the aesthetics is well thought out. Very professional staff and they speak great English. The complimentary coffee is such a big plus. Facilities and amenities are amazing.

Cons:

Everything is great except the noise. Funny enough it does not come from the morning market - something that the staff has warned about. But it's from the inside. Multiple thuds in the morning coming from the room upstairs, doors slammed. The neighbours are also loud. Right next to the hotel aunties and uncles were gathering with loud music and screaming laughter from 11.00 to 19.00. Might not be an everyday occurrence but the two days we stayed there that was the case (albeit one day worse than the other). It's a shame because the hotel should be a relaxing place.

Pros:

L’emplacement et le caractère du hall d’accueil, très « boutique hotel ». C’est bien maigre vu le prix payé.

Cons:

Hélas, beaucoup trop de choses. L’hôtel est mal entretenu (fenêtres ne fermant pas, rideaux décrochés, placards béants, robinet branlant etc.) et le personnel n’a que faire de ces problèmes (tous remontés le premier jour, et rien ne fut fait). De conception ancienne, il est extrêmement sonore, au point de nuire considérablement à la qualité du sommeil (on entend tout ce qui passe au-dessus et à côté, sans parler du bruit de la rue). L’équipement n’est pas au niveau d’un 4 étoiles. En guise d’accueil, on vous remet une liste de tout ce que vous aurez à payer en cas de perte de clé, de taches sur les serviettes, d’emprunt de pantoufles et j’en passe. Contrairement à l’avis de beaucoup de voyageurs, le petit déjeuner n’a rien d’extraordinaire et est servi par un cerbère revêche particulièrement désagréable. Enfin, si la piscine est agréable, il n’y a que 8 transats….tous pris d’assaut. En fin de compte, cet hôtel n’est PAS un 4 étoiles et est bien trop cher pour le peu qu’il offre.

Geweldig hotel in Chiang Mai!
Pros:

We verbleven voor een 2e keer in dit hotel in Chiang Mai. Zeer goede locatie, heerlijke bedden, verkoelend zwembad en geweldig personeel.

Cons:

De vorige keer dat we hier verbleven (3 jaar geleden) werkten ze nog met een à là carte ontbijt. Nu was het een mini buffet. Dit vonden we wat spijtig. Het was ook minder lekker, minder persoonlijk en het nam een beetje het boutique gevoel weg.
