Air conditioning wasn't great, there was a fan in one of the wardrobes but it wasn't very strong. Maybe something that could be improved on especially for during the summer

I had a 3rd floor appointment and I have bad knees. But other than that it was great

We are usually happy with our stay but the hot water wasnt working on this occasion (apt16). It was impossible to wash dishes as the hot water just spat out in large chunks rather than flowed (very messy) and if it hadnt been so hot outside I would not have appreciated only being able to have a cold shower...lukewarm at best as when we tried to turn it to warm it started doing the same choked spitting out of water as the kitchen tap.

You can hear EVERYTHING going on in apartments around you.
Cleaning starts at 8am and it is so noisy you can’t really sleep to it. When somebody opens and closes the door nearby - you will wake up. It gets especially bad when you open window. You can hear everyone in different apartments as if they were sitting next to you.

It was hot. Like sweltering hot in the heat wave and no breeze came in. The tiny fan doesn’t do much and to keep the window open at night, it was quite noisy. WiFi wasn’t great - not consistent for working.

The only issue was the check in information could be clearer

The only thing was there was only one plug socket on each side of the bed, and we went in a heatwave of 37 degrees and the small fan was struggling too cool the room down so possibly a bigger fan

Assenza di aria condizionata, quindi molto umido e caldo. Aprire le finestre per avere un po’ di aria significava avere i rumori, già molto presenti a finestra chiusa, amplificati nettamente. Praticamente si sentiva la gente delle altre stanze come fossimo in un ostello. In più rumori di metro, auto, polizia e tutto il resto. La mattina alle 7 si sentiva già la donna delle pulizie con aspirapolvere e porte sbattute.

We got a room on the 3rd floor (top floor), with very narrow stairs that are very challenging to maneuver luggage on.
It was extremely hot as it's basically a room on the roof, and literally couldn't stay there, left the apartment after a few hours and asked for even a partial refund or anything as we couldn't even sleep. Got an automated message saying it's non refundable and we can't do anything.
Also, if you are not aware, the area is not great.

If you get a room with a window onto the road it is unbelievably loud.

There is no air conditioning. If you are staying here during the summer, be prepared that the room becomes extremely hot and it is impossible to stay or sleep comfortably. When I checked in, the room was unbearably hot and stuffy, and even opening the window didn’t help. The apartment is also very noisy that you can hear everything from the neighboring rooms. In the morning, the cleaning staff are very loud, making it impossible to rest or sleep. There was also an unpleasant smell in the bathroom.

Mattress wasn't brilliant quality but comfortable enough. Was very hot so a bigger/stronger fan would be beneficial.
