Pros:

Nothing—we left without spending the night.

The smell was absolutely terrible. It was so strong that it smelled like insecticide or poison used to kill insects. It was disgusting.

The three of us looked at each other and immediately agreed that there was no way we were staying there that night. We simply couldn’t imagine sleeping in that room.

Exceptional service, great wi-fi, super clean and comfortable. Unreal views.
Pros:

The property was incredibly beautiful, I felt like I was in a movie. The rooms were very spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable, and the stuff was incredibly helpful and kind. From the receptionists to the bar stuff, they were all very friendly and went above and beyond to help you.

Cons:

I didn’t like that there was no rooms for sale, because I would’ve bought one and stayed here forever.

Fabulous Hotel-incredible location, exceptional views, great staff, fantastic food in the restaurant
Pros:

We thought the staff were exceptional particularly the three male staff that looked after us by the pool bar and restaurant.

Cons:

We stayed in this hotel twice in two weeks - before and after our boat holiday. The first time we stayed in room 50 which was lovely but the bathroom was dark and small. The second time we stayed in room 30 which was far superior. i also think the pool towels should be larger.

Clean, comfortable, excellent food, Poole and view and Restaurant food remarkable
Pros:

The rooms are clean with nice bed linen there, the food in the restaurant was excellent, we particularly like The Restaurant and bar staff. The view and the location are fantastic

Cons:

There was no filtered water machine available to guests in the bar area or around the pool once the breakfast buffet has closed
