Gezellig en fijn
Pros:

De locatie is heel fijn, net uit de drukte . De inrichting is heel gezellig. De hapjes bij de borrel waren heerlijk. Personeel super aardig en ontbijt uitgebreid met een perfect spiegeleitje :)

It was our first time visiting Brugge and Hotel Rose Red was the perfect place for us.
Pros:

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I appreciated the restaurant recommendations. The location was perfect and a short walk to everywhere we wanted to go. Our room was clean, comfortable and provided good amenities.

Cons:

The only thing I didn’t like was that the restaurant in the hotel was so busy there were no seats to drink our beer.

Ontbijt was super goed, enkel als je met jonge kinderen komt weinig aanbod. Eitje werd aangeboden, enkel spiegeleitje, geen alternatieven mogelijk.

Verblijf in cultuurstad Brugge
Pros:

Het hotel ligt midden in het centrum van Brugge, maar in een rustig achteraf straatje, vijf minuten lopen van de Grote Markt. Je merkt daar niets van de drukte die er (met name in het hoogseizoen) in Brugge kan zijn. Smaakvol hotel dat recentelijk is gerestaureerd. Het ontbijt is echte geweldig. Nog nooit zoveel vers gemaakte taart bij een ontbijt gezien. En ook nog is erg lekker !!!. Daarnaast heeft het hotel een bar waar ze ongeveer alle Belgische bieren schenken en een restaurant. Zeer vriendelijk personeel

VERY UNFRIENDLY STAFF!

We arrived around 12:30 and the receptionist called Lore didn’t even greet us and said: “you’re early”.
I was alone with heavy luggage and 6yo autistic son and when I said: yes we got the early train and then without even looking in my eyes she replied: “the room is not ready until 3pm rudely” , I felt not welcome at all and very uncomfortable! Then I asked if I could leave the luggage and she just nodded and she seems to struggle with my luggage and I asked if she needed help she said no.
When arriving back around 6pm, she again didn’t even make eye contact handed me the key and nothing else said, she didn’t even asked for id and I asked for my luggage so she just went to get it. No info whatsoever for the city or hotel, horrible customer service!
I was thinking to get the breakfast on my 3 nights there but after this and I couldn’t even go to the reception as I felt very upsetting to see her. Whilst in the room that was no soap in the shower and the lights were tripping, I complained via booking as there is no phone in the room and she Lore was the one replying very rudely again saying she had “a feeling I wanted to go to the room” and said she wasn’t able to talk whilst I didn’t even speak!

Again very upsetting and I was looking forward to leave! I put don’t disturb in my room and daily they did my room and was knocking to come in!

I DO NOT RECOMMEND although is a good location and nice decor. That’s all!
